These people ruined my afternoon. Everyday on the way to work or while I’m at work I order from this Dunkin’ Donuts up the street via DoorDash, this morning I placed my usual order on the way to work so that I could just pick it up and have time to eat before I clocked in. I get there and they tell me that they have not revived and order with my name on it. Okay cool, I proceed to show them the receipt and the app where it’s clear as day asking me if I’ve picked up my order or not. Even after showing them that and getting customer service on a chat and showing them the messages where it said the merchant received my payment. I’m looking at 14 dollars missing from my bank account from ordering this meal. I’m not sure if they were trying to accuse me of lying to them trying to steal food or what, but these ladies straight up refused to give me my order and tried to argue with me about showing them regular text messages when they told me to contact door dash support and IM SHOWING THEM WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SAYING IN YHE CHAT. I’m not trying to be THAT person but on this side of town in particular in ATL I already experience enough racial profiling and I could not help but to feel like that’s what that was. They refused to let me speak with a manager, I was not being anywhere near rude to these ladies as they were rude to me and this is not the first time I’ve had an issue with their attitudes either. It’s never been to the extent of where it really bothered me I understand people are tired at work. But if I’m showing you my receipts AND customer service saying that the merchant approved and accepted my order, why give me a hard time about fulfilling that? Again I order from this particular Dunkin’ Donuts all the time it’s up the street from my job I’ve never had issues with my orders not going through. This whole ordeal caused me to be late for work
Almost every time I’ve been to this Dunkin my order is incorrect, the “coffee” is milk with a splash of coffee flavored water, and the espresso tastes like the machine has neither been cleaned nor descaled in the last decade. Stay away.
Never coming back to this location ever again. I was in the restroom doing the dude and the man the only man working there tells me to go outside. This is how they treat their customers as I was there yesterday and coming here to do work on my computer. The guy assumed I was homeless or something, I hate this area/location
Hey, I am a regular customer of this store. The owner has recently changed. With the old management I never paid for a cup of water. But with the new owner I used to pay $.59 for a cup of water which I was perfectly fine with. But today they changed me $1.06 just for a cup of water. I think its only been a month with the new owner but they are increasing prices for everything. This is very inconvenient for us.
There was a welcoming feeling during my morning visit.
Ordered a frozen drink through the mobile app and went to the drive-thru that had a line almost to the street. I was in line for 25 minutes, finally approached the intercom and let them know about my mobile order. They tell me to pull forward.I wait another 5 minutes at the window before the guy comes out asking what I ordered then quickly saying they don't have frozen drinks. So, why am I still able to order it online?I asked to cancel then he told me that he don't know how to cancel mobile orders and to come back tomorrow to speak with a manager. Why wasn't a manager there now?He asked me if I wanted to sub my frozen drink for an iced coffee and sure I guess since I've waiting this long now with no guarantees I'll get my money back. No apologies from him. Just handed the drink over and left to do whatever.I've always avoided this location for similar issues but was giving it another chance. Never again. I'll drive a couple minutes down the road to Starbucks next time. Ended up overpaying for a drink I didn't want because of this incompetence.

Where do I begin. So I went there earlier in the day and I ordered a dozen assorted donuts,Macchiato, sandwich, 3 box of munchies When I made it home the donuts wasn’t fresh, the glazed donuts was hard and the glaze was falling off the donut. Then the Macchiato had espresso grinds in it and it tasted bitter. So I went back down the street from my house and brought them back a few hours later because I had something important to take care at home. When I brought them back I asked the gentleman when where these donuts made he replied and said “All our products was made this morning at 5Am.” 5Am?????? Are u kidding me?? How can you guys serve old donuts that’s been sitting there since 5AM??? Mind u it’s 7pm. I am a loyal customer been coming to this location for years and get served old products is UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
I just went there be waiting like 15min in a big long line because only the drive thru was open just to get to the intercom and see a paper that says: Only cash! Are you kidding me??!!! I mean ok the system was down , but at least at least have some consideration and put the freaking paper at the door or somewhere else where we can see it before we get to the “intercom!!!
Close your dining room? No problem - everyone is dealing with COVID and the labor shortage. If you aren’t taking credit cards, post a sign BEFORE the drive-thru menu board, so we don’t wait in a line 10 cars deep unnecessarily.
