They have a big sign outside that says 2 dollar medium iced coffee in between 2-6pm. The employee would not sell it to me for less than 3 dollars. He even walked outside this Dunkin’ Donuts to check the sign. 3 dollars is not 2 dollars. I feel like I’m taking crazy pills. I even debated giving this 5 stars just because it was kind of amazing.
Staff is friendly. Store seems to be well staffed as orders are executed rather fast in my opinion. I was in and out under 5 minutes.
I went in to buy some donut holes and I asked for a mixture. She failed to give me any blueberry and loaded me up on corn muffin donut holes. When did that even become a thing! Why didn’t I get any of the blueberry! I got two or three powder sugar!
Superb service and very friendly. Preferable to call ahead with large orders. For example, we needed eight dozen doughnuts for a teacher delivery. They fulfilled our order on the spot, but they advised me that large orders are best fulfilled if we call a day ahead (they can have it ready for pickup when you arrive, too).
We stop here on a regular after swim lesson to get the baby a treat. The stuff is nice and they move pretty quick when getting your order. I like the sit down bench outside so when it's nice out the child and I can sit and talk.
I always feel uncomfortable to come here in the morning on my way to work because two of the older women that work here always make a comment about what I want in my drink. And doing a mobile order here is no better because your drink is not always made the same so to ensure its made the same way every time I have to go inside. If it wasn't the only Dunkin I pass on my way to work I would go somewhere else so I try to ignore the comments but its pretty annoying.
My drink is never the same when I come to this location. Been ordering the same drink for 5 years at another location with no issues. Started coming to this location due to job relocation and the drink is never the same. I watch my drink being made this morning because of the inconsistency in the past few weeks. I was given one shot of expresso in my medium drink. When asked about it the person in charge said without seeing drink being made that it was correct. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!
Packaging of order was trashy, crumbled bags, coffee all over top of cup. Non appealing.
There’s this AWESOME SWEET guy who works there and every time I come in and see him he always greets me! He always goes above and beyond. I asked him whyy do you do thissss… He said it’s cause he has to treat his customer’s good so they keep coming back!! I love that!! His name is ARPAN. If you go in make sure you say hi to him, and greet him with a warm smile. He’ll greet you with one back ?
Was sold out of every donut I wanted and the coffee was very very strong
