I waited over 30 minutes at the drive thru window for my food the other morning for both drinks to be made wrong and the toast and breakfast sandwich was so overcooked it was like eating a crouton. Don't waste your money or time at this location.

Stood inside for 5 minutes young lady kept saying I’ll be with you moved me to another counter to take my order and still never came back. Sucked cause the kid really wanted donuts but was satisfied with Starbucks. This isn’t the 1st time nor the 1st location but it’s starting to get annoying really really fast. Don’t even care you use whatever money is on the app this location was the icing on the cake to leave.

I went to Dunkin' Donuts this morning to order a dozen donuts for an office meeting when I got there there was no one in line the assistant store manager was taking my order there were three items that I asked for that were not on the menu so I said wow I don't have anything this morning when I went to add the specialty donut the assistant manager said that I could not do that it would have to be a separate order once I finish placing my dozen order I asked for Duncan Chino she said we no longer carry that I asked for a chocolate eclair which showed on their menu she said we do not carry that and then I went on to add the specialty donuts and at that time the manager refused to take my order I asked her do I need to come inside she said no the inside is closed I then went on to the front asked her why she refused to take my order and she stated she just doesn't feel like dealing with my mouth today she went on to say you can call corporate but refuse to give me corporate contact number.

Hung out here while awaiting car service to be completed. The staff was friendly and everyone seemed to work together as a team. Good job ladies.

This is my third time at a Dunkin and even a third location in Atlanta but it only gets worse every time I go. They never get the order right no matter what it is, they take FOREVER to give you your wrong order and no one there ever knows what they are doing. Today they even managed to hand me the doughnut holes sideways so they spilled all over my front seat as soon as I set them down.

Had to go inside because drive through computer was down. Came inside and employee didn’t have a register assigned to him, and he couldn’t even check me out. Meanwhile this NEW store is looking like it can use a thorough deep clean.

Never open during the hours they post. They closed 20 minutes early today. I wonder if the owner of the franchise knows their nightshift employees are robbing them of revenue.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have been to this Dunkin maybe 4 times ever and EVERY TIME they get THE ORDEE WRONG. Like why am I telling you what I want at the drive through only to get something completely different when I get to the window. Is it lack of training, comprehension, or what? I hate to write a bad review but when I am spending my money I would hope to get what I pay for. My order today- cold brew w/ salted caramel foam (super simple and accommodating because this store was OUT of the salted caramel cream cold brew) and I got a iced coffee w/ salted caramel foam ??‍♀️

People were playing on the microphone while I was trying to place my order. Then get the caramel craze latte and it tasted like pee was in the coffee!

I usually don’t write reviews but this dunkin has messed up my order too many times!! I only go to dunkin for the snackin’ bacon and they forget it every time. Last time they put pancakes in my bag instead of bacon??! This time they tried to give me two coffees instead of one so I was distracted by that and didn’t check for my bacon and sure enough it wasn’t in the bag! They are always rushing I really need them to pay more attention to things.
