Stop by to this dunkin and surprise the bad customer service, I was ordering my food and the person on the drive thru was very unprofessional.1. Order 2 cappuccino 1 with sugar and the other one with 2. Answer ( really bro)2. Order 3 small cappuccino blast and got this for an answer(Bro you really want that)3. Order a chocolate frosted ? got this for an answer( bro we don't have that you want something else or no)4. Order a presto tomato sandwich and the answer was (bro at this time)5. I get to window and start laughing 'cause I thought it was funny the attitude the kid had but he replied, bro if you want you can leave and handed me my credit and wave goodbye.Overall very poor service. Will not come back and hopefully some can advise this kids is not the customers fault they work there. If you don't like your job move on.

Very slow service. Employees are friendly but takes a while to receive anything. It’s worse during peak hours but subpar overal. The donuts and muffins are hit or miss. They tend to be better early in the day and some are stale by day’s end $
This is the best Dunkin's place I've ever stepped foot into! I love how the workers treats everyone! Quite different from the downtown.
Coffee and donuts - it's not that hard. And yet, they can't seem to get a simple order right. Even when going early in the morning when there are no other customers, the order is consistently wrong. I have finally stopped going after being a DAILY customer for a long time.
(0/5 stars) I ordered a dozen donuts from here from Uber eats and the donuts were super stale and dry. They looked like they were sitting out all day. The glazed donuts were super dry and old, the old fashioned were really dry and hard, the jelly filled were really wet in the middle and hard on the outside. I called the place to see what went wrong and why they were serving people this quality food and the response I got was, "that's not our problem talk to Uber eats" what are they supposed to do, teach y'all how to make fresh donuts?
Bought milk for my kid. Needed it warmed so they took the time to use the milk frother. That’s going above and beyond. He checked it make sure it was the right temp. That I appreciated. Thanks.
Worst customer service. My drink was made wrong when I paid for extra pumps and the drive through lady tried to accuse me of coming to the wrong store. Like who goes to the wrong store to return a drink! Then she told me that i need to increase the pumps when I’ve been ordering the same drink now for 7 years. Will start making my coffee from home now because they can’t do basic orders at this DD. She was very rude.
Their white mocha hot chocolate is amazing!
