The first time I went, I went inside and ordered a sandwich. I waited 15 minutes and multiple people who were in line behind me got their food first. When I'd tried asking about my food I was ignored. More aggressively, I asked again and turned out my food was sitting by their oven the whole time. No apology or offer of anything free, though. Decided to go back today and on arrival they say they turned their ovens off earlier and aren't serving food. So yeah, 0/2 at this location
The store was nice and tidy and looked okay. A funny side note is some of the trays with no donuts in them had labels telling potential customers what used to be in the trays. But several of the trays that had donuts had no labels or signage telling you what the actual donuts were. So I was reduced to saying " I want two of those and three of those and one of that one". Unfortunately as many places are these days this Dunkin was understaffed. The place where I work we are understaffed as well and customers probably have many complaints about us for that reason. I got a half dozen donuts and the cost was $8.47. I really feel like this is too high of a price for six donuts. So since I have a deep fryer at home I'm going to learn how to make donuts at home from YouTube..
The grilled cheese feels steamed or microwaved, maybe prepped without toasting sourdough and just placed on the warmer to melt the cheese. The hash browns are very greasy and feel old held on the warmer. I could find better food in a 3rd world country inside their hospital. They get 3 stars because the employees are very kind though.
I’ve been to this location twice within the last week or two. I ordered a corn bread muffin which had uncooked cornmeal sprinkled on top it was all dusty and I told the lady and she said that’s the way it’s supposed to be and I told her I’d buy these all the time at other locations and it never looks like this. I went again last night ordered hot chocolate and it was as if they didn’t put any hot water in it it was just totally all concentrate. I will not be going back
I think I'm done with this location. One out of every 5 visits may be fine and problem free, but the rest always have a hiccup or issue.Today's visit: I placed a mobile order 5 minutes before I got there, to be picked up via drive thru. There were five cars ahead of me in the drive thru. It took over 15 minutes for them to service the five cars. I get to the speaker, I give them the name on the mobile order and they say pull up. I get to the window (after waiting behind the two cars in front of me) and they ask for the name AGAIN. I then proceed to sit at the window for another 6 minutes, waiting for my order. The staff was pleasant and apologetic (and always are), but taking over 25 minutes to prep an "on the go" order is ridiculous. But a couple bad observations: They have their old health score of 91 displayed. Their current score is 80 (not good). And from the window (during my 6 minute wait) I noticed a bucket sitting in the employee hand washing sink, with the faucet not even connected correctly. All three are health code violations. If I see three from the drive thru, I can only imagine what else is going on inside.
If you want great service, correct orders, and friendliness, ask for Keith! He gets the order right every time
Shout out to Keith!I had forgotten my credit card after receiving my favorite lattes for my friends and I! Keith stopped traffic just to give me my card. Literally! Besides from the delicious lattes and his friendly smile….he had beyond exceptional customer care!
Dunkin can be hit or miss with how your coffee turns out... some days it can be sweet, others it can be too bitter, etc. Not at this Dunkin! Always consistent
James and his crew always make sure I’m good! My favorite and only location I go to
Wish I could give this zero stars. Save yourself from the wrong orders, sad excuse for food, and incompetent staff. Go to the one on Cobb Parkway instead.
