Online app was not working so I drove to this location. Ordered 2 large iced coffees with cream and sugar and 2 chicken bacon stuffed Croissants. I get to the window and they don’t have croissants so he gave me biscuits instead, one coffee came in small and the other came with no sugar or cream. Very disappointed and makes me want to go to Starbucks instead

About 3:30 pm visit. Coffee was good. Donuts available kinda limited selection, and tasted like they'd been on the shelf too long (normal glazed donuts).

This morning they did not let me inside to get my pick up order. They made me wait 30 minutes in the drive through line and then told me that the machine for my drink was down. They also did not have my food order ready, and worst of all, they had no idea what my food order was. I was late to work and I didn't even get my order. This is the second time I have had this same exact experience at this dunkin. And a third time, they gave me a box for my avocado toast, and when I opened the box after getting to work, it had a biscuit that was BITTEN INTO. When I called, the employee told me they switched their own food with mine by accident. Meaning they were eating WHILE prepping me food? In a pandemic!

I sat in line for nearly 10 mins before sitting in front of the call box for nearly another 10 before receiving my one drink.. that I ordered through the app! I was reading the reviews as I was sitting in the drive thru line and they’re all right! It took forever to get my drink and they also made it wrong. The man looked me dead in my eye and expected me to believe my drink was right. I asked for extra cream, 6 pumps to be exact, and my iced coffee looked like they only had my swirls in it. I’ve worked at Dunkin before and I know it gets busy and things get hectic, but after this experience and reading about others speaks volumes about the workers at this location. It’s ridiculous.

I have not had the greatest experiences here. Some of the staff are kind, but most of them have bad people skills and lack the bare minimum amount of courtesy to the customer. They also routinely mess up orders. Sometimes people just have a bad day like anyone can, but after multiple experiences it seems like it is just their work environment. I don’t usually write reviews, but hopefully this saves someone time and money by avoiding this place.

Skyler is an awesome employee! He took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my order, even though there were long lines. He was so professional and went above and beyond what he was supposed to. Management is lucky to have him!

This Dunkin consistently gives the wrong order despite being correct on the receipt. I've visited this location multiple times, and despite clear requests to not get cream in my coffee they consistently put cream. This in addition to long waits, mushy hashbrowns, and on my most recent visit messed up an order for black coffee. The donuts are fine.

It was my lucky day! A lady in front of me at the drive thru paid for my order and I didn’t even get to thank her. If you ever get to read this thank you so much, you made my day and God bless!

Too many workers in that tiny kitchen. I went to the drive-thru hungry. I ordered turkey sausage with white cheddar cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel and hash browns. The cheese was sitting on on the meat (not even semi melted). The hash browns were hard. I had to go inside and have them heat my sandwich and give me fresh hash browns. I take my food seriously. Always check your order before leaving.

Wow! This used to be a solid DD with fresh donuts that were made at the commissary, not the frozen kind most DD's are turning to now. But the donuts were small and hardly any selection on a Sunday morning. Add to that a disinterested order-taker and slow service, this will be my last visit to this store. Shame that DD has gone downhill. I went to a store in NJ and it was remarkably different and better, just like how they used to be.
