Shocked by the difference in quality between this location and the Midtown, Atlanta Dua. Tried the Broad Street location for delivery - the pork/beef was decrepit, quantity of everything lesser despite the extra options, and packaging poor to where the bag was doused in oil/broth.

The best noodles with a flavorful taste. The customer service was excellent. The soup could've have been hotter but it was well seasoned. This is my first time and I am completely happy with the experience at DUA.

i just came from this Vietnamese restaurant. My fried rice was horrible it taste like an old meal. today April 01,2022

Awesome spot, a huge favorite for lunch with coworkers. The M1 is excellent - steak and noodles served with cabbage and and onions... my mouth is watering again. Portion sizes are perfect but def need to order the pork egg rolls too. I would eat here every day if my coworkers would let me!

It’s a hit or miss with this shop. The first time I paid a visit, the service was pretty okay. The atmosphere could have been a tad bit better, but overall I was happy with my service. When I went a second time (today as a matter of fact), it was absolutely horrible. I arrived 2 hrs before closing. I stood at the front and rung the bell to notify an employee I was ready to place an order. No one ever came to the cashier register to help me with my order. One employee came to the front and blatantly ignored me. He proceeded to go around cleaning the shop, but never once looked me in the eye and didn't bother to communicate what exactly was going on : whether the employees were on break, how soon someone would be able to service me, nothing. Left me standing for 10 to 15 minutes before I decided to leave. Extremely rude…and I am not the first this has happened to supposedly. Proceeded to go to Pho King. Much better service. I wont bother going here again. It only took one time to convince me this is not a place worth spending my money in, at-least not anymore.

Went on a business lunch and tried several things... If you haven't gone, you're missing out!!!! Everything we had was off the hook.

I’ve been to a few Vietnamese restaurants and this one was no different from the others. The pho is good, atmosphere could do with a little improvement but overall this is a decent place. I think for the price though, it’s not as worth it. For $13.95 I got a small bowl (only size bowl) and a couple slices of beef. But other restaurants have different size bowls and give a lot of meat. The pho itself is good and the noodles don’t get mushy if you eat too slowly. But because of this price issue, I’d say 6/10.

Best Pho in Atlanta! My husband and I live a block away and I are regulars. Everything is seasoned to perfection. We enjoy their combination meals as well. Great friendly and speedy service! Oh and their new wide bowls amplify the flavor of the soup!!

Fantastic food, and awesome service! Super on top of what i was ordering and was extremely polite! Definitely would recommend!

I ordered Grilled pork and eggroll Vermicelli, and they overcharged me without telling me, and when I asked them, they were confused and didn't know what to do next. I talked to the cashier, and she didn't even care. The customer service was terrible. In terms of food, the one I ordered was too salty. I'm Vietnamese and def I am familiar with this food, but it was unswallowable. I would recommend Pho King nearby.
