Wow! I'd come here just for those incredible salsas! Love the authenticity of this place. The woman who took my order then went in the kitchen and began preparing it. Also loved the plates of limes and cut cucumbers and radishes. Tacos were wonderful too especially enhanced by that fantastic avocado jalapeño salsa. I'm honestly so full I can't move and where else can you get dinner for under $10 these days prepared from scratch. Delicious! I have to agree, this place is a treasure! Not fancy but oh so good and authentic. I'll definitely be back!!! ??
The salsas they serve with the chips are delicious. The tacos were perfectly proportioned. I would definitely eat there again. We stopped by after picking up family at the airport. It was exactly what I wanted.
Food is good, prices are fair! Pretty empty and calm on a Wednesday during lunch time. Staff is very friendly. Buffet is a 9/10. Tacos are probably the most authentic you’ll find around here. Quick stop for lunch was great.
Authentic corn tortillas, cilantro and lime tacos. My absolute favorite Mexican restaurant. The sauces are incredible. My go to is the avocado jalapeno sauce. They start you off with four different sauces, tortilla chips, limes, radishes and cucumber slices. Try all of the sauces. They're amazing. My favorite tacos are camarones(shrimp), pastor(pork and pineapple), carne asada(steak), and the don Chon special. Get the Torta cubana. It's huge, you'll thank me later. Save the rest for a late night snack. There burritos are perfect. Don't forget to buy their sauces on everything, because why not. They don't sell alcohol, but who cares. Just grab a jarrito, Mexican coke, horchata, or hibiscus juice to complete your meal. Go there, don't second guess it, just go. You're welcome in advance.
I'm from out of state and Mexican myself. Very rarely I'm impressed because I can make it at home (better) but this place was amazing. They made it as good or not better then at home. The 4 Salas we're amazing the tacos were juicy and tasty the torta was very filling and tasty. You definitely get what you pay for and the chips are handed out before ordering we're very good as well. The service was amazing checked on my friend and myself. You could tell the guy was genuine. He was polite and welcoming and you could tell he was not faking a smile which was great I would totally recommend this place and I would definitely hit it back up whenever I go back to Georgia State thank you for the food and definitely check this place out!
The people working here are very nice and helpful.Also - they have Birria Tacos and Quesabirria!! RECOMMEND!!
Food was a hit and then some was a miss . I don't know what the deal is with Mexican Restaurants and their pricing but always real expensive and this pricing I speak of was before Covid this needs checking into...Now the tacos were decent they tax you for extra I mean really tax you .also ordered the Carna Asda steak was not tender as it should be and the portion size was small .food was tasty but may have to skip this spot and recommend checking out a spot that is in one of the grocery stores.
The Birria tacos were by far the worst, very soggy and the soup was red with no flavor , I had bones and and a lot of fat from meat . When I requested a refund they said I had to wait 24 because the boss wasn’t available.I’ve had many Birria tacos from several locations this doesn’t taste nothing like a Birria taco.
You best bring and empty stomach and a hearty appetite because you will want to try 2 of everything. Their tacos are amazing and they offer just about every possible meat to make it impossible to choose. Do not pass this place up!
Excellent amazing authentic Mexican cuisine! Don't judge by the appearance of the place because it's not fancy. But the service and the food is the quality of $100 dollar meal. And very inexpensive.. so if you are in the area nearby stop by and taste the real Mexico food. You will love it. I totally totally recommend it.
