I like Doc Cheys. The food is made to order so it's always fresh. Sometimes there's a little inconsistency in the spicing or amount of sauce because the food is always made fresh - I enjoy the adventure but I could see how it might bother some folks. I will say though it's totally worth it for how fresh and crisp the veggies always are. I really like the fish tacos (pictured) but the bi bim bap and the Mongolian shrimp are pretty good as well. If you can, get the brussel sprouts or the wok seared green beans - you won't regret it.They do dine in (in restaurant and on patio), carry out, and delivery.
The food is taste good but it is not really asian style. They do a lot of change for their majority customers. The egg rolls were not fried crispy both side. One side is crispy , other side is soft which is not suppose to be like that. The services is not really doing anything. You need go to counter order by yourself.
I love coming here for a quick lunch break. The food always tastes so fresh and flavorful. I love their Shanghai Dumplings for an appetizer and the Szcheuan Chicken Stir Fry as a main. The food is consistently good and quickly prepared.
Always a pleasure to eat there and be a regular. They make you feel right at home. Love it and the customer service. Shout out to Lauren. She is amazing. Also shout out the manager.
So excellent! Recommend by a friend and now I totally Recommend it! Great flavor! Excellent service! Top notch! And cashless is excellent too!
This place is great! Massive portions and super tasty vegetarian options. Everything was super flavorful and cooked to perfection. The food came fast and the service was excellent. I can’t wait to come back and try even more menu items.
The prices are reasonable, the service was quick, and the food delicious. We will be back when we're in the area
Went in withe wife today to try this place out. We had a good experience. Walked in and we were actually planning on takeout so we ordered for takeout but decided to sit down and eat as it wasn't too crowded and there is plenty of seating. Our host was Stephen/Steven and he was a great guy, very knowledgeable, very friendly and professional.I ordered the General Chey's with beef. It is beef strips, broccoli, onions, red peppers in a brown sweet/spicy sauce. It was pretty good, a little dry, could have used a thicker sauce maybe. My wife had the Thai basil with chicken and noodles, that was really good.We shared an order of vegetable spring rolls with sweet relish sauce, delicious.Ample seating, plenty of on street parking, great location on Memorial Drive.Highly recommend and will return.
They have good food, but the business is not operating as advertised, they close 15 min early, never take orders over the phone cause the line is always busy but they tell you they dont know why.....food ??customer service ??.
I've really tried to like this place over the years since it's close by, but it's the equivalent of gas station Asian food without the cost savings. Dishes are bland and drenched in oil, creating almost a soup at the bottom. This is what someone who hates authentic Asian food would gladly eat to feel more worldly to their friends and family. The dishes are mostly noodles so good luck getting to get and nutritional value from the small specs of lasfy greens. Not to mention my stomach always feels off immediately after my meals. I am officially putting the nail in the coffin and not coming back.
