Ok so i was very optimistic about this restaurant after reading online reviews and decided to give it a try. Well let me tell you, i was very disappointed, ik curry goat has bones but , i couldn't take a bite of my food without a FEW bones. A little bit of cabbage, small portion of meat and lots of rice and bones! Honestly I couldn't even taste no curry flavor like I'm used to, and i ordered the large for $20.00. What a waste of money. My taste buds were highly upset with me. Will not be returning.
I often go for the Jerk Chicken Tacos, Jerk Chicken or Beef Patties and each time, I never leave disappointed. Even if there's a line the staff are efficient in making sure everyone is served. The portions sizes are generous and the flavor of the Jerk chicken is well portioned to accommodate any spice pallet. The sauces they give to pair with the chicken are great too. I highly recommend the mango one.
The curry chicken was good but they didn't make the jerk chicken the way I normally have it. This one was smoked , my preferred version is marinated. It was still good though. However, I've had more quantity in other locations.
I should have listened to the comments that said the oxtails were trash, you guys charge way to much for flavorless oxtails, and full of fat, they literally taste like they were boiled in water and browning was added!! There’s a reason there are no refunds on oxtails only but good thing i paid with my credit card i got that back and went to McDonald’s and gave my tray to the homeless hopefully they’ll enjoy itYou mind as well save money and cook at homeI didn’t mind the price for quality food but this was way below quality I’ve had better food in Clayton county for half the price
Oxtails and lemon pepper wings were good. Plantains and jerk chicken was bomb! Looking forward to trying more menu items.
$46.72 we paid for an ox tail dinner and jerk chicken dinner and the food just wasn't good at all, was very dry with little jerk seasoning, the side of macaroni was actually the only thing we ate, just awful, and I understand why there's a sign in the restaurant, no refunds on oxtail, it was a bad meal
I ordered 3 of their lunch specials today for myself and two other colleagues. The “plates” that were delivered were in a 4” x 4” container (like what an order of small fries would come in). My three year old son eats more than that. It was an absolute joke. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your money.
I've been here several times and had good food.Yesterday I popped in between lunch and dinner time hoping to quickly grab a beef or chicken patty but, as it was kind-of an off hour, all the had on hand was shrimp. I hadn't had the shrimp ones and wasn't really in the mood for seafood and was about to leave but the man at the counter said I really ought to try one. He bagged one up and gave it to me on the house as I was still fairly reluctant.You know, he was right. The shrimp patty was really good.That's good marketing and customer service.
