We had a birthday party, the waitress did not acknowledge us. She never had a smile on her face. They charged 20% gratuity, not Normal. We HAD to pay gratuity for really BAD service!! We asked the manager to fix the percentage but she said she couldnât do anything to fix it.Then we asked for a desert to be reimbursed but they never got it, we waited 20 minutes and then we gave up!! BAD SERVICE! Bad food! Not affordable
We stepped out for an anniversary dinner, but the restaurant wasnât impressive. Nice casual atmosphere. I just wanted a more upscale look for the night. The crab claws were delicious!!
Food was cold and I actually received the wrong item. My food order arrived 30 minutes after the other guest at my table. It should take that long on shrimp and grits
Had a great lunch with a prospective client. All entrees were as requested, and the salad I ordered was spot on. Well done!!
Our server was great!!! I donât remember her name, but she was an African American with locks. It was my birthday and she made me feel so special.
Server Jessica was great and accommodating. Food was delicious. Brought my two young boys and they enjoyed the kids menu as well.
Check out the boot man in the parking lot, a lot of cars with new shoes on?but going here you don’t have to worry, unless you cross the street to the mall or leave the property. Wife and I went for our anniversary at 3pm before the dinner crowd, which was a good decision. The service was great. The food on the other hand was under seasoned and not worth the price. She got the mussels, I got the calamari for appetizers we both noticed they were bland but hey we were hungry let’s eat. When we got our ribeyes(medium rare), we knew something was going on with the seasoning. So we doggy bagged it so I could smoke and season everything later. It was good at home though??

Absolutely Amazing. I tried to order the crab fingers for pickup but noticed they were not on the menu but I saw a picture someone posted. I only knew of them from a previous trip were I didn't like my entree but LOVED the crab fingers. For months I tried to search my reviews to find the restaurant but was unable to due to me not posting a picture of my actual meal. After finding the restaurant (TheStairsAreWhatIRemembered) and calling in I was informed you could order the crab fingers but had to actually come in and order either from the bar or while sitting at a table. It was well worth the trip. I equate it to Starbucks secret menu. So if you're looking for them don't be surprised if you're not able to find them. Just Trust Me, They're There. ASLO, MAKE SURE TO GET THE DIPPING SAUCE THAT COMES WITH THEM. I think they have another sauce you can request that I'll try another time, but the sauce they come with; Oh My Atlanta!!!
