Based on reviews, Black Owned, and having a taste for Soul Food, I decided to give this restaurant a try. I ordered 2 Fried Chicken Dinners and a large Peach Cobbler through Uber Eats. Upon arrival of my order, I noticed it was incomplete. I called the number posted on the website and the owner answered. She was very pleasant and understanding as she apologized and stated she'd take care of the issue and get back with me. I was surprised to receive a return call within 2 minutes. The owner expressed that the order was written down incorrectly and assured that she'd get a replacement order out. At 10:45 pm, my doorbell rang... I was taken aback to see the owner at my door, personally delivering my order. Thank you for keeping your word, going out of your way to correct the problem, and exhibiting GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Also, the food was OUTSTANDING and DELICIOUS!!!!! I plan to patronize your restaurant soon! Thank you!!!!
I’m not sure of the Owners name but I know a lot will not go out the way to make the third party job any easier but she has I ordered through door dash and the driver decided to keep part of order and forgot a whole plate but the Owner is the best I called and spoke with her about it and guess who’s otw to bring my plate DoorDash driver forgot the Owner herself I really do Thank her wish I could give 10 stars
my only complaint is that they gave me the wrong entrees, not what i ordered .. but it tasted so good i couldn't b upset .. great portion sizes as well and fast service . might give them another chance
I wish I could give 0s. Server had an attitude. Food was old and re cooked. Terrible. I would never send anyone here. Go to Fox's bro for good foodFood: 1/5
Literally best bbq I have had from a restaurant ever. I definitely will be returning. You have gain a loyal customer. I'll try the vegan options and lamb chops next.
I can eat here everyday. Sad they only open 3 days a week. I tell all my peeps to try them. You won't be disappointed
I've patronized this business for a couple of years now. I went Into the establishment maybe a week or so ago and witnessed a new hire. He told me he had been there 3 days,me personally I thought he was doing good for his 3rd day. The owner comes in seems she had no patience with him but my thing is if someone is learning they're not going to remember every single thing about a restaurant in 3days for some it takes a while, so he forgot to send the receipt for my first order so I asked for it, the owner said "what's the problem"(in an impatient tone) honestly it made me feel some type of way because I don't know If she was referring to me or him but my thing is be professional at all times with employees and customers.I will not be returning.
The ribs are delicious and the cornbread, but the customer service is poor and disturbing . Every time I call to place an order the person on the phone is very short and her tone is as if she has a problem with me . The food makes up for their poor quality demeanor. Fix how you talk to people and greet them that are trying to patronize you especially as a black owned business.
Last time I came to Atlanta I ate here and let me tell you...it's sooo good I had to come back on this visit too. It's 30 minutes from my hotel, BUT I DON'T CARE! I'll make that drive. Best bbq and don't get me started on that red velvet/key lime cake...if I could order a whole cake and take it back to Augusta I would ?
Had to wait 45 min when there were no line. The food is not tasty. Ribs are not soft and BBQ souse too sweet.
