Not very consistent. The first time I ate there the bbq was very bland. The second and third time the burgers and sides were great. However, tonight was the worst, I asked for a burger but actually got an onion sandwich. Was supposed to have onion rings and cheese bites as sides and got the residue of the onion rings and 4 cheese bites. The chicken quesadilla was bland but spicy. All this for $17 and the wonder why fast food is fast becoming a dead industry. Give us at least okay service, decent food and good prices consistently; and we will continue to do business with you. If it wasn't for me running late for work I would have had them make my order over. What I'm doing instead is not returning to the Cook Out. I should have stayed with my first impression of them, bland food and poor service. The Cook Out gets 2 stars because at least twice I got a good burger, but I've never gotten good bbq from them.
It's an incredibly diverse menu for a fast food joint. And while not all of it is excellent, nothing is close to bad. It's like a really good country buffet but served in a drive thru. With milkshakes, and very reasonable prices. Try the hush puppies.
I absolutely love Cook-Out! And this one has never disappointed me. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because if you don't come before 9p, there will not only be a line going to the street, but all kinds og college kids just hanging around.
This location says they do not sell okra! I've eaten a lot of Cook Out over the years across a few states and cities and this one has the smallest side item portions ever. A few fries and 4 onion rings was super different.
Amazing fast food restaurant. They really have good food. Grilled cheeseburgers ? ? yummy. They're professional, courteous, helpful, quick and they get my order always right.Thank u!

Hello everyone cook out is one amazing places you can get over 40 different kinds of Shakes very delicious and they are so thick you have to eat them with a spoon, they give you a spoon as well as a straw the food is so good because the line is always in the street all the time in the street so please bring some patience you will need it they have 2/lines and they are very fast the associates are very friendly, fast too move the lines. No inside yet dining right now it's better go home and eat with your family's please love every day, every one, cookout if the best places for all. Yes a????? is for me!!!!
I always look forward to driving East, so we can stop at Cook Out. A broad selection, not your average “fast food” place by far. Yummy shakes, hot & fresh yummy deliciousness.I’m sure if I lived near one, I wouldn’t feel the same but there’s just something about it. Oh and those cheddar bites and hush puppies…just try them. ;)
Rudest fast food experience of my life. They have a two lane system and the lanes take turns getting their orders taken. I was at the speaker and got skipped multiple times because the cashier kept taking the other lanes orders. When I said something to her over the speaker, she completely stopped taking my order and went back to the other lane. I work in hospitality. I don’t care how rude the customer is, that is spiteful and she needs an attitude check. Manager was an angel and did her job well staying calm while I was crying ?
The Cookout is the bomb! I love this place! The variety is different, with quesadillas, hush puppies, fried okra. They have the best and largest selection of milkshakes of anyone around.
