Generous scoops. Nice server. Very busy at 9:45 on a Wednesday night. She said it is usually busier but it is close to school starting back. My ice cream tasted fresher than the last I had at a different location. And they have mini chocolate chips instead of full sized. Aside from a big water spill, the shop was fairly clean. I'd probably give the cleanliness a 7 out of 10. The prices were also lower than some other locations.
This was my first time visiting Cold Stone, I will be back! I ordered the butter pecan ice cream with walnuts ☺️. The young lady customer service skills was on great. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
Just came in today and asked for 3 different flavors. Didn’t ask to mix or anything. I was refused. Terrible. They could have charged me for the 3rd scoop or offer another solution instead of just saying they can’t. Terrible customer service.
I had the absolute best experience at this Coldstone! Melanie and her team were incredibly hospitable. They are a hard working team with a positive attitude. The ice cream was delicious of course but the experience was even better. It is so evident that the team is led well to accommodate a high volume of customers. Not to mention, the manager Melanie specifically helped me out when I was in a bit of a car crisis in the parking lot. She went to extra mile for me and it was so kind. She turner a bad day into a good one.
On Saturday 5-21-22 your “store manager” Hispanic looking lady with glasses forced me to purchase 2 ice creams because one of the employees made 2 and not one. When I told her I didn’t order 2 and that I had only ordered one she slammed it on the counter in front of me and said now you did. I walked 30 minutes to this shop to have ice cream which I’ve been coming to probably longer than she’s been here. Although it’s been a while since I’d eaten here because I am huge on fitness now, your store manager ruined my cheat day embarrassed me and blatantly called me a liar. This is not how Cold Stone should treat its customers very disappointed. When I called the Duluth location the girl that answered the phone let me know that she’s never heard of a “no waste” policy which is what the mean and unpleasant woman told me.
The ice cream is always amazing here!!! I usually get the Mud Pie Mojo which has coffee ice cream, peanut butter, Oreos, and almonds. So good. This past time I got banana ice cream for my daughter too, it was so yummy as well.
I love cold stone and I am a frequent visitor of this store. Today, employees were not wearing gloves while handling the ice cream and one of them touch the ice cream with her hands. I asked one lady and she stated that they do not wear gloves. The FDA Code requires gloves be used when handling any ready-to-eat (RTE) foods.
What can I say but Cold Stone ice cream is awesome if they could only have the servers smile once in a while would be my favorite place for a cold treat ?
I had a very strange experience at this ice cream shop. This man came into the store shirtless carrying a large cat and was yelling like a neanderthal. Then, he proceeds to put his cat on the counter while continuing screaming. I was displeased with how this incident was handled by employees so I'm leaving 1 star. I'll actually do 2 stars cause the ice cream was fair
Polite but I paid for extra Pecans x's 2 and extra brownies and they didn't provide it. This was the occasion on 2 occasions
