Someone recommended that I give Clay’s Sports Cafe a try! So here I am… when I walked into the cafe I could tell that Genni was the only server. I thought of leaving due to no parking And I was starving. However, I was able to secure parking and it was worth staying. Genni encouraged me to get the Cajun fries and they were delicious!!! FYI the wings are for grown ups lol…they are large not the tiny wings most bars have. I got the mild with lemon pepper and that was enough heat for me!!! So scale down if you are a rookie to heat. Thanks Genni for your amazing customer service and thanks again for being so prompt and kind! You ROCK! I would highly recommend this place!
The wings are delicious! They are larger than most places, cooked to a nice crispy texture, and they put plenty of sauce on the wings. So many other places have tiny wings with barely any sauce. This place knows how to do wings right.
Came here with family after the Atlanta subreddit mentioned them as having some of the best wings in ATL. Agree! Small and friendly and not too busy even at 6:30 on a Saturday night. Wings had a more complex flavor than simply 'hot'. Definitely recommend.
My favorite wings in all of Atlanta - apparently they have other food that is pretty decent but I can't go there and not order wings.Hot teriyaki might be the best flavor I've ever had.Jerk flavor is probably the biggest surprise to me - sneaky good.Their traditional mild/hot flavors are very good too.Be sure to get Cajun fries to go along with the wings
I love this place ! The wings here are the best in Atlanta. The sandwiches are perfect as well. The environment is great and the staff are wonderful.
I don’t know how I haven’t reviewed clays before yet. This is legitimately our favorite wing spot for the past 5+ years. We started going to them in their original location near Abernathy and Roswell, and we patiently waited for their new location to open at Roswell and Hammond. Talk about and even improved. The new location (which technically, is not so new anymore) features booths, tables, and a small bar. Usually, it slammed and the parking lot is a pain because of all the other businesses.I recommend picking up your order. Our favorite is hot honey mustard, but literally all flavors are awesome. They’ll make any flavor into a hot version as well. So for those of you looking for lemon pepper wet, and they’ve got it.Their Cajun fries and tots are not to be slept on. They give a ridiculous amount, and the seasoning is plentiful. My brother said that in New York, he can’t find good wings because the sauce, the wing, and tossing method has to all be good. Well, clays does it all well so we had to get Clays for him. we
For the price, service and food, you can’t beat Clay’s. This has been our go to lunch haunt for a very long while. Steadily always good sandwiches, wings and pizza. Definitely our “Cheers” kind of place.
Best wings I’ve ever had period. All the flavors I got were delicious and spicy. This is the place to go if your a true wing lover like myself. Fries could have been a tad more crispy. Great prices on pitchers of beer too.
Fries were good. Mild wings were tasty a bit too much sauce for my taste. The very spicy ones were very salty and had wayyy to much pepper and sauce. They were not even hot enough. Nice staff
