Haven't been here in a while, very disappointed. Kinda had a feeling from the beginning it wasn't going to be great. I've never been to a sushi bar where no one is seated at the sushi bar. Being that I was dining alone, the restaurant was full, the host asked if I wanted to sit at the bar. I'm usually ok with that. As I approached it was covered with stuff on top, looking like a storage shelf, and very unappealing. I saw a small table and asked to sit there instead. The miso soup tasted like water, probably made from powder, and the small pieces of tofu, meh. There was no seaweed or any flavor added. The "Real Rainbow Roll" is a joke. Don't waste your money on the upchargeThe only thing I enjoyed was the wine.Sad, I remember coming here a few times, pre-pandemic.And the restroom... 3 stalls= 1st is closed for storage, 2nd out of order, leaving only 1 usable stall. ?Sorry I spent my money here and I'm still hungry
Tanaka-san runs an amazing business. The food is fresh and delicious. The service is gracious and efficient, and the ambience and simplicity of the decor make for a relaxing, and harmonious dining experience. The spicy scallop nigiri is to die for!
Delicious, fresh sushi. Wonderful staff.
Sushi is so fresh & amazing. I can't say I have a favorite, they really all taste great. Service is always warm & kind.
Our favorite Japanese restaurant and place for sushi in North Fulton - worth the drive! Every meal is consistently outstanding and delicious. In addition to the freshest sashimi and sushi, our family enjoys the udon and soba dishes, broiled fish (saba and salmon), and teriyaki dinners. The service is always great, even when busiest! great for 1 person or large groups! The Japanese green tea is authentic and excellent (hard to find authentic GREEN tea!), the side salad, gyoza, ice creams, are all favorites! Don't let the humble outside "SUSHI" sign deter you from entering and enjoying the best Japanese authentic food in the area!
Unbelievably impressive. I love that in Atlanta you can get a 5 star meal in a strip mall. Circle Sushi is not fancy but we visited on a Friday night with friends and were delighted with everything we ordered. Service was very friendly, informative and helpful. We ordered pretty much the entire menu and loved every single item. Everything was fresh & delicious. In comparison with Monkey 68 in Roswell, this is hands down far superior. Will definitely return!
Had lunch just before close, did not have problem with seating. The sushi was average but not awe inspiring. You have to ask for real wasabi if you want it, otherwise you will get the powder version.
easy, quick stop for casual sushi. everything tasted fresh and delicious. hand rolls and sushi were our favorite. salad, chicken teriyaki were great too! service was good and prices were fair. definitely a great stop for some sushi!
This is my favorite spot for sushi in Atlanta. Go at least once a week. Their Chirashi (I always get the B) is the best I've eaten in the US for that price. Highly recommended
Lunch Chirashi B is the bomb! Of course everything is costly nowadays but once a while we need something really good and fresh. This is it.
