Chopt salads will make you into a salad person. After all the years of half-baked salads at restaurants, of course you’d hate salads.Here at Chopt, they throw your ingredients into a BOWL and toss it like no tomorrow. Every bite is packed and full of flavor!This location has great parking and always works quickly to get me my salads easily! I enjoy coming back here
The guy with the dreads made my salad, he was polite, and made my salad perfectly. Sesame ginger salad. I will be back!!
I ordered the Harvest bowl online at the Ansley Mall location. Upon arrival three employees were talking and laughing and no-one acknowledge me . When I ask one of the employees where can I pick up my to go order(because none were in the window) he got it from the counter then asked who fixed it because there was very little dressing in the container. The bowl had black beans in it. The salad had about two brussell sprout leaves on it and the kale was not marinated. A young girl laughed at him and said she fixed it. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until I got home the salad was made incorrectly. HORIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SALAD.
Ordered the cobb salad via doordash. There was no chicken, avocado, or bread. The container was only half full. Not what I expect for a $13 salad.
The food is good and fresh, but they routinely get orders wrong. Whether you place an order online or in store, something is always missing or made differently than the last time. Thankfully nothing has been incorrectly added as I have food allergies.. The staff are always kind and attentive, so I don’t think it’s due to carelessness. It’s probably due to them being understaffed, not enough time spent in training, or a combination of the two.
I came in on 2-1 the red haired girl had a nasty attitude and I received the smallest burrito I’ve ever gotten from chopt.
The service at this particular location is subpar. The salad, of course, are delicious as expected. Once they train the upfront staff on providing a more accommodating customer service experience they will compete with alternate locations.
Order from DoorDash and waited over an hour for my order they are very rude my driver was there FOREVER and they refused to make the order while she was sitting in their face. If you can go else where please do. They don’t deserve one dime for the service that they provide.
There is not a more welcoming or accommodating eatery in Atlanta where your dream salad or wrap is yours for the asking. The well lit perky atmosphere is closely rivaled by the bright smiling efficient staff.
I really like this place. Its hard to find vegetables anywhere but here. But how are you gonna be out of bread? Publix is next door. Just go get some.
