This location gets my online order wrong literally 8.5/10 times. Don't understand whats so hard about ensuring each ingredient and the proper dressing is on the salad when it comes in the form of a typed list. The extras I pay for are not included or the dressing is wrong after paying $17 for a salad.
Being a first time customer here at Chopt I would definitely come back due to the employee, Janae! When trying a new spot it is an essential to be assisted by an employee with an extensive knowledge of the menu and JANAE absolutely fits this description. Not only was she helpful but PATIENT! I did not know anything and consistently said “ugh” the whole time and she did not budge not once! She kept a positive attitude, allowed me to try to everything that I was unsure of and made me feel like a valued customer overall. She definitely made my experience the Best!
I went in to order the other day and there were seven people working but nobody was making salads. Finally someone began to help me, but the other workers acted busy or stood around. The line was 6 people deep. My salad was passed on to get salad dressing and be tossed and again nobody helped. There were four people gathered around cash register trying to solve a problem when it needed one or two. Not a training time! It was so poorly managed I was in shock!
I think it is only fair that I revise my review and clarify that I personally do not find their menu appealing. The staff is always nice and the restaurant is always clean. I deliver dash deliveries from there frequently and decided to give them a try. The first time I was not impressed and the 2nd time around I still did not like the item I tried. It was just kind "meh" and with prices this high "meh" won't cut it.
Their salads are good, I used to be a regular. Today's employee irked me beyond limits. I tried to order The Orchard salad, she played dumb like she couldn't understand my accent (I have an accent, I'm a foreigner who's been in the states for 3 years now), typical xenophobic stuff. Her attitude was disrespectful and demeaning, didn't even tried to communicate with me, kept playing her part until I walked away from the place. I went for a salad and received a micro aggression, lovely Sunday
They have the freshest greens snd veggies. The quinoa and rice was very pleasant. A bit pricey, but it was worth it. Very nice size portions.
Food was good and very quiet and peaceful place. One thing though is appearance , because the lemonade was not filled at all and it was dirty at almost every table and even when I say at a clean table there was salad in my chair. But overall, I enjoyed my food. Just preferred there to be a cleaner environment.
First visit and I’ll never return to this location. The food is nice and fresh which wasn’t the issue. What ruined it for me was the horrible attitude of Jalen C (as stated on my receipt). I’d never even heard of the place and I wish I read the reviews before rushing to find something to eat. I almost didn’t want to pay and eat my food cause he was so rude. Then I came to read the reviews and one person mentioned “you won’t be spoken to like a person” and that’s exactly what I got. Plus multiple people have mentioned his rudeness and it's been an issue for months so obviously GM doesn’t care either and I just don’t need that type of energy around my food.
Delicious but pricey. Healthy yet satisfying! You'll pay between $13-$25 depending on what you add to your salad so plan ahead so that the options don't blind you. For three build your own salads, my total was $48 after taxes. So steep :( Customer service could be better but overall this is a great lunch option and even for dinner since the portions are large. I appreciate that every order comes with a slice of bread from TGM (local bakery). Everything is very fresh and there really is something for everyone. They do themes where they introduce new flavor profiles and sometimes they add popular ones permanently. Right now, their Mexican options are being offered and they are bold and flavorful. If you like Caesar, try the spicy Mexican Caesar. If you like heat, go for the sweet and spicy jalapeño dressing. And the fried cholula chicken is yummy too!
Staff is unprofessional and slow. They also put walking orders in front of to go and driving orders. 6 people in the restaurant and only one person making salad when they were 15 minutes behind on orders. Manager nowhere to be found. Only positive note was that the restaurant was very clean. Better off going to salad express.
