Service is horrible!! The worker moved too fast and messed order up only having to throw original salad in the trash to start over. If she would have listened first before moving there would not have been a waste of food!!! However, when she messed up I told her it was fine but she still proceeded to throw away and came back with an attitude!!! Customer service has gone to hell!!! Especially spending $13 for a salad!!!
Food is great. At the Roswell Rd location, service has really gone down hill in the past year. The main issues for me (someone who orders salads 5 times per week) is that orders are consistently wrong when made via the app. I have to build in extra time into my schedule in the event that they have to remake the salads. Yes, this happens a minimum of 2 times per week. That is 40% of the time my salad is not as requested. Employees are either very friendly or downright terrible and make the customers feel like they are inconveniencing them by placing an order. I get that it is difficult to find quality staff nowadays, but I can't believe that it is this difficult. Even with the staffing issues, I love the salads.
I would rate this a 5 because I have been a regular for three years (going at least once a week) and have never had a bad experience. Tonight however I was extremely displeased with the service. I ordered my regular Kale Cesar Salad, but noticed they added romaine. When asked if that was Romain the woman said “they always put romaine in the Kale Cesar” which has not been my experience the past three years. My boyfriend ordered the Cobb and they were out of bacon and told us they would discount the salad accordingly, which they did not and I have the receipt to prove that. I love this location and the service, this was my first time going on a Sunday evening. If this is the standard of service for a Sunday I do not recommend.
I drove 20 minutes out of my way bc of previously positive experiences with this brand. Unfortunately this location did not live up to my previous experiences. Firstly, a restaurant that primarily sells salads really can't find itself out of stock on blue cheese dressing AND Caesar dressing on the same day. Additionally, the employee manning the dressing station really couldn't bother to provide a quality customer service experience. It's left me sad that I spent my time and money on this experience. That being said, the food is generally good quality and I think the price is fair. Just beware they may be out of stock on important items for your order and the employees may not really care that you exist.Generally I think this is a management problem and not necessarily a problem with the concept itself.
As someone who love salads on the go this place is great. Customer service, food and atmosphere was amazing. The ONLY COMPLAINT I have is that I cannot leave a tip. The workers are providing me a service and I as a customer should have the right to leave a tip via CC. I asked the workers if it was possible for me to leave a tip via CC and they said no… which is outdated. I left a tip via cash however I stopped three people from working to be able to do this because I needed change. That is not efficient. As someone who works in the service industry this is extremely important to me. And I’m sure it is to many others that are regulars. This is a franchise you should be able to leave a tip. Also y’all workers would be a lot more happier !!!
I’ve been happy with my orders from this specific Chopt—both delivery (they consistently get the order right, delivered in a timely fashion) and order ahead. Continues to be a go-to lunch and dinner stop for me.
Man this place can get expensive as you add items....BUT, it is really really good and the salad can last for 2 meals as long as you don't have them put the dressing on. So so good! (Parking lot and shop can get crowded so go early early!)
PSA: do not order pick up from here, at least between the hours of 11am-2pm. i got a text saying my order was ready for pick up and still stood and waited for 30 minutes after receiving this. pick up system lacks organization and is chaotic with people jumping in every other second and asking where their order is, causing the order to get mixed up. WAY better off just standing in the line and ordering in restaurant.
The Shrimp Taco Salad was the best salad I’ve ever had. The staff was friendly, and the Establishment was clean.
I came in around 8:52pm Jake was a great help. I placed my order on Uber eats for pick up and came to the wrong location. Jake was kind enough to complete my order at the Roswell Rd location. Please keep great people like him and reward him with a great raise More than the average Pay. Thank you again for your kindness and help. I greatly appreciate it!
