I ordered a dark chocolate mocha coffee with two extra espresso shots from this place. Now I can smell the color three… One of the best coffees I’ve ever had. I’m passing through Atlanta just for work but I’m really glad I stopped at this place. The man behind the counter made an outstanding coffee. Thank you
Best coffee I have ever tasted in the south possibly in the U.S. Great vibes, beautiful setting, and amazing service. I %100 percent recommend anyone to try it out if you haven’t already, you will not be disappointed, you might get addicted if you ask me!
It's a cozy, friendly atmosphere, the coffee is good, the trivia-for-a-small-discount makes every visit fun, and I like the sweets available. (Honestly I'd say 4.75 stars because I only 'like' the sweets, not 'love.' They're good quality, but nothing really stand-out. But that's good enough when I'm just looking for a place to hunker down and use wifi for a few hours.)My only complaint is that the restroom could use renovation. The paper towl dispenser hasn't worked for nearly a year now, and nobody likes using their wet hands to manhandle a loose roll to get something to dry with. Also, there's no hook to hang like a purse or computer bag. Fix those issues, and I'd be thrilled.
Always a bright spot on my trips to ATL. Good coffee, nice baristas and a healthy amount of outdoor dining space. Feel like they could have a few more savory pastries but that’s a minor suggestion.
Been to this place many times, but this would be my last. I ordered a hot chai tea latte, instead of an iced chai tea latte by accident. So I asked if they could give me a cup of ice so I can just transfer the cup over. The girl (I think her name is Terri) told me that I would need to pay for whole new cup of latte. Found it to be a bit extreme. Not coming back.
The customer service here is horrible. I wasn’t greeted by either of the employees despite practically standing face to face divided by a sheet of plexiglass. I didn’t even get a “I will be with you soon.” The lady came to the register, didn’t even look at me, proceeded to use the pos system and discuss orders with her coworker as if I wasn’t even standing there. How can you be so rude? It’s common courtesy to at least acknowledge a person unless you feel that person is unworthy of acknowledgement, which is what I have decided was the reason for her apathetic behavior. Unfortunately, I did not try any of their coffee as I felt very unwelcome and left. The atmosphere was very cold to say the least. No aroma of coffee, no happy people, just blah.
First and last time here. When you order a 12 Oz cup of coffee and only get 5 sips out of it - it's wrong. And they didn't even try to make it right.. Better go to Starbucks

Great cup of coffee!!!!!I got a mint cappuccino and husband got famous hot chocolate....both very good!!!!
We loved the fantastic hot chocolate. My son loved his. The staff are really friendly. The chocolate croissant was delicious. Nice inside and a great patio area. We will be back again to try more coffee and other chocolate based drinks!
