Spoiled Seafood and terrible food.I got sick from the food here. They have had health violations in the past. Seafood was spoiled and the other food just wasn’t good. Do not chance it. Wish I had read the reviews. Hope this helps others.

Prior to my transition from the Transportation Industry and LA Fitness Buckhead on Peachtree Rd. NE. Thank you for your support. I live 1 block now from this restaurant and became a customer. Others foodie critics know me from Juicy Crab..another great place with a fun environment/Seafood. However, nothing compares to CHIN CHIN and the great Asian food choices and/or selections. The options are unlimited and afresh Sushi bar. The environment is quaint and cozy and offers a subtle retreat from the public and noisome day. The delivery service meets the allotted wait times .The customer service is attentive and the wait is feasible for a great cost effective meal .. Asian food encounterThe lunch specials are same in quality ..the only reduction is the smaller portion of rice vs DINEINand Dinner orders. Great for family events and perfect for the conservative. Looking forward to seeing you there and would love to hear your feedback after receiving kind/ professional service. Very Concerned. A fall from grace.- Chin Chin: The Microwaved, Frozen Food Kitchen.That's what it reminds me of. The Microwaved Frozen Food that you find in the TV Dinner section at the grocery store.Nowhere close to the quality of what it was before.

I order from here often. This time I ordered 45 mins before closing 2 sesame chicken with fried rice & 2 egg rolls.The chicken was extremely dry & tough , the rice did not have nothing in it not even egg. I even came across a chunk of ginger in my chicken as well. Upon calling them the following day since they closed by the time I called them they said they didn’t make a mistake so they were not going to replace it. It was literally horrible. It didn’t make sense that a 15 min order turned out to be a “I’m ready to go & close let’s not care about the quality that we put into this order”. I will not be returning back.

I called to place an order and had a special request on my vegetables because they didn’t have the patience to input or make changes on my order. I was told that he didn’t have time for my order and then passed the phone in which the order person just hung up . It was rude and insensitive to customer needs! The food is good but if it’s too big time and busy for customer service it’s not worth it

I love Chin Chin, they are my first stop for Chinese dining. I love their sweet & sour chicken with their special made sauce. I had their pork dumplings and Wow! I also hear they have great sushi ? as well but unfortunately I don't eat sushi. If you are looking for great tasting and affordable Chinese food Chin Chin is the way to go.

Use to be a regular until I moved. In the area so stopped to get lunch. Sadly it has declined to just another Chinese spot. None of my dishes were that good and they forgot my soup even after confirming. New owners and it has declined significantly. Everything is quite average

I don’t know who’s running Chin Chin but they are the most unprofessional establishment that I’ve came across in a long time! A few weeks ago I had a very simple order of chicken wings with fried rice. Seems simple right!??? Only to get home and Only have fried rice. This wasn’t the first time that it’s happened. At this point it was the second time. My son has Ketotic hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and it’s controlled through him eating carbs and protein. I called, I explained, they agreed to not only give me the order of wings that they had forgotten but an order of additional wings for the inconvenience that they’ve caused.Fast forward, I place my New order TODAY for my wings that I previously ordered, and didn’t get, for the wings that I was supposed to be getting credited for, and fried rice. It was a lot of back and forth with the manager about it to the point I just said give me my money back and let’s just leave it at that. He then proceeds to Play as if he understood completely. I just got home and the only thing that I had was the fried rice that I paid for. Once AGAIN they did not give me my food that’s for my sickly child. I definitely should have stuck with my first mind and just get my money back and I also should have checked my food before I left. If you do decide to order from them I strongly encourage you to check your food first. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. How they’ve treated me as a paying customer is so belittling.

I honestly wasn’t impressed. High prices for what I feel is mediocre food with a lack of flavor.

Dirty and disorganized . Desperately in need of leadership horrible experience definitely will not return
