We met up with some friends and ate dinner at this location last night. We were seated immediately. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. When the kitchen was backed up, she kept us informed and refilled our bottomless chips. We didn't have to wait too long. When the pool ayment machine froze and failed to work correctly m, she figured it out. She used humor and made our visit light hearted. Our take out meal was quickly done. Everyone's food was fine and tasted good. I ordered the shrimp tacos and doubled the rice instead of the black beans.Strawberry lemonade is always ordered. The 2 for $25 is no longer available it nationwide and the 3 for $10 has increased in price, of which I'm sure is due to inflation and the ever increasing cost of food.
I would’ve loved to be able to give a good review, but we weren’t even allowed to eat here with our party of 8 since they won’t seat more than 6. I guess a nice tip and money doesn’t matter. Make sure you have less than 6 when you come here. And they won’t seat you separate, I asked.
This chilis is just like all the others. Customer service is the same, taste is the same, food quality is the same, look and feel is the same. That's why it's a franchise. I like their food and prices that's also the same. Attached a photo of to-go honey chipotle chicken crisper and Texas cheese fries
The food here was pretty good the only complaint I have only complaint I have is me and my partner both got the full pound burgers he got the ranch one and I got the barbecue 1 and both of them were extremely greasy. And I mean so much grease that I could have caught it in a cup and used it as dipping sauce
It was pretty bad although our server was quite good and to be fair, we didn't complain to her. It's the food that wasn't good - in particular the raunchy rib eye, and other staff. At the end of our meal I was surprised to see that there appeared to be a manager even there. Why? Because we had just been subjected to an extended, earsplitting, pans flying fight in the kitchen that no manager apparently thought to shut down. All we were thinking was whether or not we should flee before it spilled out to the dining area but we had not paid yet... and no manager ever came and apologized for allowing the creation of such an environment....
My aunt, her service dog, and I attempted to dine in at the Chili’s yesterday. The hostess saw her service dog (German Shepherd) and told backed up and told us there would be a 1 1/2 wait. Let me remind you, we got there at 11:20. The restaurant opens at 11. We then spoke to the manager, which we were then told the hostess may have felt uncomfortable with her service dog. The last time I checked, my aunt is allowed to have her dog in any facility, restaurant, etc., which follows under the disability act. This is the second weekend in a row we were going to eat at this Chili’s location. Last weekend we didn’t have any problems, then this problem yesterday. Highly disappointed and will probably not be going back.
great customer service and great food
My wife and I usually frequent this Chili's location on Lavista rd due to it being located conveniently to our jobs. We go there for our lunch dates when we have them and it's usually not busy and the service is quick. We went there yesterday, 3/122, and we were disappointed by the lack of communication from the staff about their system being rebooted. We placed our order along with our drinks per usual. We've waited 30 minutes until the server decided that it was time to inform us that our order was now being made and it'll be ready soon. She did apologize stating that the system had to reboot. My wife asked for a manager and when the manager came to us her attitude was nonchalant about the situation. My wife stated that we should've been told about the reboot and that it might take a while, give us the option to either stay or go (we're on our lunch break). The manager stated that it usually takes 5 or 10 minutes from the back office to reboot the system and that the only choice they had was to stay open and wait or close. That's how they treat their customers? We work hard for our money and expect better when we choose to spend it. The manager said she'll take a percentage off of our check. The server returned with the full check in which we had to send back to get the percentage taken off which was equivalent to our drinks being removed. Very disappointed.
Waitress don’t listen. My homegirl treated me out after work last night so I was exhausted but still noticed everything she did. With shaker drinks maybe she assumed we knew but tell her to show the customer next time. When you drop something replace it immediately. Then she messed up my order and said let me see if she can get the chef to fix it. By the time I got my waffles they were just too sweet and my tenders weren’t hot anymore. Tender, fries and corn very good but I will not return.
First time coming to this location and will be my last. The ribs are HORRIBLE. They are not fall off bone ribs. If you want to struggle to pull them apart and chew!! Go on and order these. I'll just stick with Longhorn and Ruby Tuesday ribs.
