For this to be a Chick Fil A, the lady brown skin lady with the gold bun is really rude.. She was packing orders, the attitude, the not saying your welcome and the rolling the eyes is ridiculous. Customer service plays a big part, & if you don’t have it rethink your career..

This one of the worse around!!! I don’t eat at this location often but I definitely won’t be back… the service is slow the managers are rude and the ripping you off on your food.. I ordered a fruit cup and it’s half way full and then when I called the store the manager didn’t even get on the phone they was screaming threw the phone while another employee was reciting what she had to say.. this location I would not recommend to anyone I didn’t eat the food cause it was so bad…

Next time - I'm hope I'm acknowledged by the woman with the American tattoo on her neck and red hair. I'm the only one in the correct line to order and I watched her ask 2 other people if they needed to order before I declined service due to being what I feel was intentionally overlooked twice. Haven't had my coffee this morning clearly.

This Chick Fil-A is the slowest I have every experienced. Everytime I go through the the drive though, I am asked to pull into a parking spot and wait on my food.

I understand the lunch rush but why would u have 12 employees and most of them is either on break walking around with your hands in a pocket or all trying to take care of drive-through but there's no sense of urgency to take care of the line upfront had to wait 15 min just for a cup of ice cream.

I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A. I've never had a problem, except at this location. I ordered a decaffeinated coffee for my mom and a regular coffee for myself, the coffees were cold. They had no hazelnut for my mom's coffee. And one front end cashier on a busy Saturday...

If you want Chick-fil-A food with the McDonald’s quality of service come here. Every time I come here I leave wondering why I didn’t drive an extra 10 min to the other location. I’ve probably been to over 100 locations in my 36 yrs and this one is the second worst I’ve ever been to as far as service goes. I get its likely due to the area but if they can’t provide service that is expected and like the rest of the restaurants they just need to close their doors and not taint what this company stands for. I know many many people who work for Chick-fil-A corporate and I’m sure they’d all flip their wigs if they came here to this location.

I'm not going to this one anymore it's always something wrong....Hard biscuits, didn't give me any napkins.... No cream or sugar for your coffee even after asking for it when placing your order.... And that extra bubbly greeting isn't the same as other chick fil a's I've visited. And this is my second time upset with my breakfast.... Lunch/Dinner is a little different but these workers just don't listen

They need to be a little bit organized but overall I understand because it is a busy store. But one person stood out the most I would give Keniya 5 stars she is apart of the drive thru team. Yall should promote her to manage she handles pressure really well. If she was one of my employees she would definitely get a promotion just off of character alone.

Overall it was ok, ordered a cup coffee with my meal, and I was notified that they were out of flavored creamers. Definitely needs to be better up kept.
