Stereotypical Chick-fil-A with a constant line and good customer service. There is not enough parking for walkup/carryout and it's very difficult to not get blocked in if you can get one of the limited spots.The food is always consistent. The workers tend to focus mostly on the drive through instead of the pickup window, though which is not awesome. I stood for 6 minutes without even an acknowledgement. When they finally asked my name, they handed me my food which had been ready and waiting that entire time.

Food is always great but delivery service sucks. It should not take an hour plus to deliver your food if it does then notify the customer.

Night shift are so bad . I spend 35 mins on the line. 15 mins before close for 2 salads so then close the line but I am in so when I receive it totally wrong order because running everywhere so no on3 know what's happening and then say sorry I don't have your salad you want sandwich. Really If I stop to buy salad and they offering sandwich because don't want to make salad and they make mistake anyways bad place. Not bad Chick-fil-A just that store

Please make sure that you are properly training your employee to listen to your customer when taking order as I keep getting messed up order. I already called on March 12, 2022 regarding this and it happened again. I always come in this location and order the same drink that always messed up, how hard it is to put an order for a LARGE LEMONADE NO ICE.

I want to leave special feedback for an incident I had to witness today for whoever the manager was today this morning on duty March 8, 2022 at the pick up location, While I waited for my order patiently a customer approached the window disgruntled about his order and snapped at an employee with very rude and foul language to which she held her composure very well. The manager to charge to not only diffuse the situation , gracefully let that customer know this behavior would not be tolerated & made sure to not allow the verbal abuse to continue take place. I think this manager and employee deserve a raise and reward, certainly serving people at a high level is not always easy but that customer was totally out of line

I ordered from here through the app online for delivery, spent over $20 just for a breakfast combo. I was charged and my order was never delivered. I contacted the store and customer service through the app SEVERAL times and it was never resolved. Never got a reimbursement or replacement meal. I will never spend money here again.

Quick Tip - Always order The Chocolate Chunk Cookie with your breakfast and coffee. They are nice and warm in the mornings. Cookies hard and brittle by lunch and dinner smh.

Do not eat at this location! The girl at the window gave my order to the wrong car and tried to give me the same bag. I asked her if she gave this same bag to the car in front of me. She proceeds with “ Yes” and just takes the bag back. She hands me the bag back and says “We added fresh fries.” She wasn’t apologetic and there was a manager standing right behind her. COVID is going around and you want to reuse orders. Disgusting and ghetto location! Other locations have better customer service!

Chick fil a is awesome. This is the only location to mess up my order. They handled it so well I couldn’t help but come back every time I drive by. Ok maybe not every time but I can’t say enough good things about the staff and how they handle business.

It was a little confusing getting to the drive thru and out again, but the service was quick and the people were nice and the food was good. It was late at night when I went to drive thru; I wouldn't want to be here at rush hour lunchtime-
