This is not the first or 2nd time I have had issues with this location and with Chick fil a as an organization.1. Order instructions using mobile order app are never followed. Bottom line if someone spends money they should receive what they asked for.2. If you are going allow Doordash to be a merchant you should be able to stand behind that and offer the same service regardless of the fulfillment merchant. My order was wrong and it was a delivery through the mobile app using Doordash as the deliver. Did not order directly form Doordash and ultimately they will be transferring the money to you3. This location consistently provides cold food which is against the legacy and teachings of S Truett Cathy and Dan Cathy. As a previous corporate employee it is very dismal to experience the decline of Chick fil a service. It is no longer a My Pleasure environment and service is inconsistent across multiple locations. We understand the pandemic and lack of labor, simultaneously Truett Cathy consistently led with the following “Our problems are not our customers problems”.After contacting the number Chick fil a provides for customer service I was redirected to Doordash and that is essentially making your workers inability to read and fill up a container of fries fully the customers fault. You all should be ashamed at staining his legacy but for all we know Dan Cathy who has increased the rate at which Chick fil a’s get opened and not vetting Owner Operators as well as they used to is leading to a decline in service. Dan Cathy your father is rolling in his grave as your business strategy since 2014 has been increasingly similar to McDonalds and that was not your fathers wishes and desires as he wanted to maintain a certain level of service.Furthermore, if you are going to grow like a publicly traded company then you should price your food accordingly. After multiple instances with support, Chick fil a Camp Creek (and the evil woman manager who is related to the owner) and multiple issues at the Cascade location, I will no longer use my money to support the foolishness. To anyone who reads this, if you give your money to a company that won’t ensure hot food and correct orders, you too should be ashamed
This is the worst eatery on the Westside of Atlanta. I ordered dinner for my family and of course the fries were over cooked and burnt. The first manager noticed and corrected it. Then I get home only to be missing the 2 strip that I paid for. I spoke with Kim who was the manager on duty. She didn’t try to accommodate me or anything. She just said she understood my frustration with a nasty attitude! After going back and forth she ended up replacing the strips. Never apologize or anything. Moving forward , I will be going to the Chick-fil-A on Cobb parkway. It’s sad you have to go on the other side of town for good customer service.
I love Chick-fil-A, just like anyone should. I don't have bad reviews ever against any location, even this one, but my last visit was different. They have a couple of items, and I have to go back twice, and they still make one of my sandwiches wrong. This review is based on my last visit at the moment.
My visit to the Chick-fil-A off of cascade was great! They were slammed and extremely busy but the staff kept their calm and made sure everyone got there mail purchases in a timely manner. And they were also helpful with deal suggestions. I'll be checking them out again.
Service was kind as always, but the hash brown bowl I ordered hardly has anything in it. I can see the bottom of the bowl without ever opening it.Looks like they just slapped it together. You’d think by the size of the bowl it would have a decent portion, and normally it’s at least halfway full…
I did a mobile order I picked up my order at 4:38pm I didn’t leave till 5:42pm worst Chick-fil-A ever then when I wanted to talk to a manager they did absolutely nothing. I took cold food home every disappointed!
Huge shout out to this location! We flew in from Texas and stopped in for lunch. We did dine in and were treated like royalty! Everyone was so nice and excited that we were dining in. Belinda was the one that served us and was amazing! I believe she was a manager as I heard her coaching the team which was great! Thank you for such a great experience!
This is the worst costumer service ever. The guy at the drive through giggled as he asked about 5 times to repeat my order. It must be some kind of morning joke this location does. It’s a new thing for me when experiencing good customer service from Chick-fil-A. Teach your employees how to take their job more serious. Maybe the food will turn out good like the other locations.
The line for the drive thru was extremely long, but what negatively impacted my experience the most was the fact that the guy taking the drive thru orders (the first point of contact) was on a personal phone call while he was taking the orders so I had a hard time hearing what he was saying and had to ask him to repeat himself because his friend in the phone was continuing their conversation (on speaker) while he was asking me for my order. I’ve worked customer service jobs before so I know what it’s like and I would have never been on a personal phone call with a friend while assisting a customer. Just not professional.
Service was great until I received my food. I payed for large fry but received medium fry in a large container. I was told I had to get back in line and drive around. Once I got back around the manager gave me a small fry. I asked what is this, and he said "This will make it large" I said sir please give me a large FRESH order of fries. They gave me another medium fry in large container. SMH!!! Guess we have to go further north to get some of that award winning Chic-fi-la customer service
