I’m guessing Chick-fil-A has no say in who is hired at this location. The employees here are the complete opposite to those located at the regular restaurants.
They don’t scan the app so you dont get points.I got literally HALF my order of friesAnd they have the classic Airport Mark Up.Sad. I love CFA but to pay more for literally have my order of fries to be in my bag… come on.
Talk about teamwork! I got there and there were around 15 prime in line and another 5 or so waiting on orders. 10 minutes later I had my food! I was impressed. They were super busy and they were easily keeping up.
No gluten free buns. They don't sell grilled nuggets. They didn't include the fries I ordered. They weren't clear about whose name was being called. They gave 5 Polynesian sauces for two sandwiches (and didn't give me time to ask for ketchup). Who needs that many sauces?? Poorly managed.
ALWAYS busy, but the line moves. Same quality as a standalone restaurant. Always kinda bothered by their stores taking up valuable airport restaurant space and walk passed them alot when closed on Sundays. Loses a lost of revenue for them or a something that could be in its place.
Always love Chik fil a! When in Atlanta where else would anyone eat when having a layover at the Atlanta Airport. Great service! Quick. Same Great sandwich and fries as other Chik fil a restaurant locations. Only disappointment was not having mac n cheese on the menu. Still was able to enjoy that ooey gooey warm chocolate chip cookie! Nice quick meal at the airport. When flying through will definitely stop by again!
I mean chik-fil-a is always pretty darn tasty but this was the fastest service and probably best tasting spicy chicken sandwich I've ever had at any location. Delightfully surprised and wish my local restaurant was at the level of this airport location.
This is in Terminal South in the Atlanta Airport. 60 people in line - I had my food in less than 10 minutes. Chick fil A never disappoints.
One of the faster airport options. Remember that this is a vendor and not an actual Chick-fil-A so no app or rewards are accepted just expensive chicken.
My kids love the veggie wrap here. There are lots of people waiting to take the order, not all of them know how to order the veggie wrap. Most of the time they punch in chicken wrap and add a note to say 'no chicken ' and we end up waiting at the delivery counter to remake the whole wrap again.
