Me and my daughter were waiting in line for breakfast which was quickly coming to an end. The employees had everyone that wanted breakfast to come to the front of the line so they could put those orders through and then start lunch. Everyone was so professional and on top of getting the line down... but what can you expect Chick-fil-A is the best even at the airport!!:)
It was close to closing and the staff became very agitated with the volume of people still attempting to line up. While they cut line off the quality of food and service was completely unacceptable for chic fil A. When I received my order it was incomplete, the food was cool, and they didn't have the correct portion. I ordered 12 nuggets and only got 9 and they also completely missed one of my sandwiches. The worst chic fil a ever.
Visited here from out of town...went here with family, and everyone was satisfied. We all wondered...why onions are not an option on sandwiches? Nonetheless, we enjoyed every bite! There was an attendant, A Black Woman, who looked after everyone in the dining room with Uber polite grace and courtesy. No request was too much for her, and we appreciated her attentiveness....A rare find!
Rude staff, did not get what I ordered. Too tired to go back from gate 9 and get the correct order. And it was ice cold. I never ordered fried because Im ALLERGIC to potato's but there they were all over my sandwich that I had to throw away, that cost $12,!! Never again!
Single-handily the worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. The food was sub-par, which is quite unusual for Chick-Fil-A. What makes the experience the worst you ask? The service. I watched team members yell at customers; not because of how loud it is, but because they get frustrated in a rush. The walk to another terminal may be the best option next time. AVOID the location at Terminal C.
Waited in a line that was about 50 people in front of me. Still only took 20 minutes total to get my food. Outstanding service. All the registers were open and they were cranking out the food in the kitchen. My order was perfectly correct.
The food is great, but you guys wonder why the mascot is a cow? It's because all the cooks there are cows. Literal cows guys. The server wouldn't let me to the back of the restaurant, but I got a glimpse of it. The cows are trying to trick us into eating chicken instead of eating them. That's why the food always takes so long, the cows have to fry the chicken using their little cow hooves. However, the cows do use proper sanitation and regularly wash their hooves, and hell, they really know good food.
I just don't get why people like this place. Its not that good. It's a piece deep fried breaded chicken and some pickles on a white hamburger bun. They have these strange French fries that have been undercooked the three times I have been here. I have tried other menu items. All very average. Sorry CFA, there are so many better places to eat.
Waited in line for half an hour or more because it was the only restaurant open at the time. With that being said, the employees were working as fast as possible and were as friendly as if there were only a handful of customers/no rush. Respect to the folks who work in airport restaurants, I couldn't do it.
Coming in from Alaska, this was my first experience with a Chick-fil-A. I'm not used to seeing employees taking payments in the drive through line, or bringing the food to your car. They're very polite and professional. The food was excellent and I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
