7-7-22 7:30 amThis is the nastiest Chick-fil-a I have ever seen. An employee was mopping the floor but was dragging trash and biscuit crumbs around. It obvious the floor wasn’t swept. The bathroom was a disaster. Glass was nasty. Trash cans overflow.
Always good, fast and accurate service. As any other Chick-fil-A this one is busy from sun up to sun down. They do keep it moving quickly though which is a plus and something other fast food restaurants should take notes on. Never had a bad customer service experience at this location and food is always good!
This is my second time here. It's probably the dirtiest Chick-fil-A I've ever been in. There's food crumbs over at a table over the floor. To be fair, this could be a temporary staffing shortage issue. The parking is also very difficult. This place stays busy and it seemed how closed half of their available parking to redirect traffic.
PLASTIC IN THE FOOD BE AWARE! I came on a an afternoon in a rush just to get a sandwich when I found there to be plastic baked into the sand which. Burned melted plastic all in the sand which. When I went back to tell them what I had found it seemed promising. Telling me they would take care of it and find out how it happened and saying someone would call me in the next two days. I called and called and called no answers and A MONTH later they reach out to tell me that my situation wasn’t so serious and all they would do is give me a “generous” $50 voucher and in return I not post any reviews. I would stay away from this location if not all of them. They are nothing like they used to be.
Ordered a meal for myself and my two boys 30 minutes before closing. The cashier could tell I was very tired and was so kind and considerate. The brought everything to the table and were so kind. We even had our fries a bit too salty and they quickly replaced them for us. They exceeded the usual excellent service that Chick-fil-A is known for. Highly recommend this location!
Probably the best location in atlanta. Quick, food is good, and the order is accurate. Long drive through lines go quickly. As an added plus, they also have more than enough curbside lanes if you prefer to do curbside pickup.
We love the taste of the chicken spicy sandwich. It’s simply delicious. This place also offers fresh salad. Nice. Fast and friendly service.
The food was hot and tasty. The service was excellent. They really do a Great job at this location. Truly they provide exceptional service. This is my new favorite location for this brand. Keep up the amazing job everyone!!!
Great service, excellent food. If you arrive at Atlanta airport and head north this is an easy stop off the freeway. It’s away from downtown. Easy off/on. The fries needed a little salt. Otherwise great!!
Convenient location in a high traffic area. Don't be intimidated by the drive through lanes. It took a minute to understand how it wraps around the building a couple of times to get to the staff taking orders. They are so professional, well trained, and efficient. Food always consistently delish.
