Customer service was great but the food was way off. The biscuits were not done. I ordered a sausage-egg&cheese biscuit…..they left off the egg and cheese and the biscuit was not done. Chicken biscuit was okay…..biscuit still very doughy

First off they need more people working outside collecting orders they had two young teenagers that didn’t even care to take orders and missed me, I had to order at the window. Second they aren’t really friendly and nice like at other Chick fil a’s no I’m sorry they forgot your order or my pleasure when handing me my food and drinks. And lastly, you have to wait in line for like 20 minutes and they forgot some food I ordered!!I know we are going through a staffing shortage all through out America and folks might not be glad to work in fast food but you could at least have a positive attitude and do your job**I will say when I had to go back for my fries there was a pregnant woman who was very nice and apologetic and made it right by asking me would I like sometimes for my troubles

Shout out to Jessica and her team at Chick-fil-A Piedmont. We urgently needed food for our celebrity guests and her team put together a large order in 20 mins! Completely saved the day! Everything was individually packaged and prepared to perfection. This is why I frequent Chick-fil-A!

Update to my review from 3 years ago. I know recently this location had a huge staff turnover. You can definitely tell. The old manager in the morning and for lunch had this place running smooth with great customer service. Today I waited almost twenty minutes inside for a mobile order. There were other frustrated customers as well. Finally received my spicy chicken biscuit with the smallest chicken you've ever seen. Must've been a baby chick left over from Easter. I only had about 7 hash browns in my box. Then the app offers cloud berry sunjoy. The young lady tells me she can't make that because they haven't been informed about the new drink yet. She hadn't heard of it. Get to the car and the hash browns are cold. Yep..... all 7 of em. Please find the old crew and bring em back!

I almost always do a mobile order and pick up in the drive thru or inside because the line is so long, but the employees have it all figured out! It’s a super smooth process and I’ve never had an issue. I waited longer than usual for my order today and one of the workers noticed and personally came over to ask me for my name and got my order right out, which is what prompted me to write this review.

This location is consistently slow. 25 mins to get breakfast at 9:30am. Not even the busiest time in the morning.

Literally the worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. They had their breakfast menu up at 1:30 pm. The guy outside was turned around not even taking peoples orders. Our order was rang up wrong and we had to pay twice. They forgot an entire sandwich, all our sauces, and gave us double the amount of drinks. Took forever.

It okay their get u in & out, good food, but I'm a olde school person did u know that Shoney was on the same side when u walk in the area, boy time pass by so quickly 20 year & more

Line person was great- friendly and patient. The fries today were below their standard. You know how it is when you haven't been to the Chick in a month and you're look so forward to the delicious fries and nuggets. Yea, a bit of a disappointment today, maybe the day or location.

Walked to the front counter and Order to Chick-fil-A sandwich. The young lady said a combo. I said a sandwich. She said I asked you if you wanted a combo. If I said, I've said a sandwich 3 times. That's when she turned to one of her coworkers while coping an attitude, complaining saying, "He will probably complain if I got his order wrong." And that was the last thing she said to me.As always....the food was good.
