I had a huge order last minute and Jacob absolutely made my day! He was so professional and kind and got what i needed done so quickly. This kid is amazing and is definitely going places, a very hard worker for sure.

They have always taken great care when my wife and I go. She is a Celiac so no gluten for her. They always make sure and she's never gotten sick. It's always clean and staff is friendly.

They did not give us everything we ordered. How hard is it to make sure you put everything in the bag. Kinda sad actually. This is the reason we go to Chick Fil a. And to hire people who can’t do simple things is really ridiculous. Do better

I’ve lived in Atlanta for 7 months now and I typically looveee chick fil a. In the time I have lived here, about 95% of the time my order is always wrong. It clearly says one spicy deluxe and one grilled club. What do I get?? Surprise surprise! I get two grilled clubs and not even the honey roasted sauce that should come with it! On top of that my order didn’t even have straws or napkins.

Before they remodeled this location I would have given this location 5 stars. Since the remodeled, my order is always wrong and, the double drive through was a horrible decision as you have to setup camp anytime you use it because, it takes forever. You can have your order but be trapped in line for excessive times. Typically I order delivery which, even that has gone down hill. I leave clear instructions to not put deliveries in front of my door as it opens outward. They only half read my instructions because today's order was right in front of the door so, I have either the option to crush my food and drink with the door or walk around my home from the back door. I keep giving them a chance and I don't know why at this point. After looking over others reviews, I see many others have a very similar experience. Also, the owner has never responded to anyone's review so it's not going to change because they would rather be blissfully ignorant.

This Chick-fil-A on Howell Mill Road in Atlanta is an excellent Chick-fil-A location that is ready when you are in the area and need to make that stop. The location is very convenient and easy to get in and out of with exactly what you need. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! My husband and I waited in the 1st lane of the drive thru for 10 mins while 4 cars went through in the other lane. The brick column inhibited us from changing lanes. The young lady passing the cars through quickly could have come to help, but when she was done with her cars, she got on her phone. When we finally got the opportunity to order, I asked about the ingredients in the Sunjoy. When she told me, I’ll said, “I’ll have that”. She said, “you want a lemonade?”? We waited again for almost another 10 mins for our order to come out as the previous 4 cars darted out. I asked the young lady for a complimentary cookie for my wait and she said she couldn’t accommodate me. I explained how long it had taken. She told me that it only took 6 mins from the time ordered. I again explained that I waited 10 mins before that. She apologized but refused the cookie. It was a simple request. I spent almost $30 for 2 ppl. The cookie shouldn’t have been such a big deal. Then to add insult to injury, they left out the sauces I asked for. The girl in the drive thru needs a new assignment and the manager needs to learn what good customer service is.

I only went to get fast food because I had a gift card, it's very much not my thing. That said the service, cleanliness, quickness despite it being lunch rush and general pleasantness of the experience was better than I have ever had in recent memory.

I NEEDED SUGAR FREE. I ordered my Arnold palmer As a diet and completely specified that I needed that to be 1/2 unsweetened tea and 1/2 sugar-free lemonade. I specified again as I paid at the window. Got sweet tea and lemonade. When your customers go to the time and trouble of explaining to your staff what their special dietary needs are and your employees demonstrate that they don't care it really takes the shine off the chic fil a apple!

Very nice and clean. But at 10:15 AM, I have never seen service so slow for a Chick-fil-A.
