I always receive great service at Chic-Fil-A, but Tyler’s service was outstanding. She has a positive attitude and asked extra questions to ensure I received everything I wanted for my order. She even asked me how my weekend went. It’s the little details that matter. Keep up the good work Tyler!

The workers purposely ignored 3 black delivery drivers who stood waiting for at least 10 minutes while their orders just sat behind the counter. There were no other customers in the store and about 6 people behind the counter and not one of them acknowledged the drivers. It wasn’t until one of the drivers confronted them that they received service. I was a customer seated in the lobby and let me be clear it was not busy inside. I observed 1 white guy come I. And receive his food immediately as the staff continued to ignore the drivers. The next time it will be recorded and sent to social media. And yes the workers were white!!

We started off with 2 lines but the 2 lines merged into 1 line and the orders weren't messed up. Very professional staff that listened to your order and the window got it right!! The lines moved rather quickly which surprised me given all the traffic in the parking.

Apart from the unhealthy oils, great taste and a quick drive thru experience. Although, sometimes they tend to mess up your order ever so slightly. Simple things like, I wanted to avail a free sandwich but I ended up paying for it, ice instead of no ice, and no salt instead of salt. It'll do you better to clarify these tiny things with the drive-thru personnel whether or not you ordered on the app.

I ordered a chicken biscuit this morning and the chicken was burnt was disappointed never have I ever had a sandwich of this caliber before from any chick fil a!!! ??????

So Chick-Fil-A is always a SUPER well oiled machine. They could probably get a shipping container from china to America and unloaded in an hour… normally. Well this location, I hate with all of my being to say it, is possibly the worst organized of all I have ever seen. The ONLY issue is that there’s always 12 people behind the counter and only 4 doing anything with a line of people wrapped around the building. Is it still faster than other chains? Yes. Is there still room for improvement? Also, yes.

This is the second time in a row within a five day period They gave me two chicken nuggets in place of an actual fillet for my chicken biscuit. I went back because the The first time this happened they gave me a coupon for a free-Chick-fil-A biscuit Ans I used that coupon today and this is what I got

My 2nd time at a Chick-fil-A and I wasn't disappointed either tines. Food was fresh and tasty. Not much of a fan of fast food but this is good! Staff was friendly and helpful.

I bought a side salad and a 12 count grilled nugget. I get home to find that the $12 I spent only got me eight nuggets in my container and a half filled side salad container. If you’re going to be charging people that much, the least you can do is make sure your workers can do simple mathematics.

Okay guys like always I am in school I am shifting and I am shifting in a right direction but anyway of course their food is always fresh I decided on getting a salad I love me because I need that protein because this weather is cool in Georgia something else but I got a salad and fries it was a market salad with grilled chicken my son wants to watch his figure so with that being he wants to work out and do better on just how he eats so we decided on driving through treating my kids and me and making sure that we keep our digestive system on point I got to check it out like I tell you all be blessed not stressed have a good day
