By far the worst Chic-fil-a I’ve ever been to. The whole place is nasty with crumbs and trash all over the floor and counters. The condiments areas are empty and full of trash and old crumbs. And on top of that they are super slow, even when they’re not busy.
The worst Chick-Fil-A location with extreme long wait times in line. No one ever directing traffic.

I loved the hamburger and the fries, very delicious, the only detail that I did not like is that the hamburger and the fries are very small, they should sell the hamburgers and fries in a large size

On a Friday we took our Homeschool Class to this Amazing Chick-fil-A in Midtown Colony Square. The owner Reggie T. went above and beyond to make our dedicated Homeschool Teacher feel special. Reggie is by far the person we want our kids to strive to be. Reggie has Humanity, kindness, integrity and honesty. This taught our kids that there is still really good people out there. I am truly grateful that our day led us to this wonderful Amazing place ❤️Thank you Reggie for making our day special.

Placed and paid for a delivery order that they “never got”. No solution was offered to remedy the situation, after waiting the hour and a half
