The food never taste fresh and it’s pretty much the slowest location I’ve ever been to. If you happen to place a mobile order 30 minutes ahead of arriving then your still bound to wait for your food. Not to mention, the location is in an area that has never ending traffic,so getting in and out can be a nightmare. The food and location itself alone does not warrant a second visit.

I reached out to customer care who said they would contact the restaurant, but I have yet to hear from the restaurant. I waited about 20 minutes in the line, and parked off to the side, because they had to bring me my order. I would have loved it if I was told “we do not have enough egg left” instead of them bringing me scraps. My hashbrown box was not full. I ordered bacon, egg, and cheese, but pretty much received egg & cheese. I sent a complaint to customer care twice, and have yet to be reimbursed.

Do not go if you're in a hurry. It's the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever visited. And once you’re in the drive-through you can’t get out so you’ll be waiting in there for half an hour. I go for breakfast often and they haven’t gotten my order wrong yet. It’s always hot and fresh

Come here if you want to get a stomach bug. This place is really awful. I ordered a market salad with an unsweet tea. I was given a salad that had not only molted but also straight rotten lettuce and fruit. The sauce was not kept at refrigerated temperature. I also got the drink with no ice in it? I politely went inside and spoke with the manager who turns out was the person who prepared my ordered. Standards are low here. I work as a nurse and I see many opportunities for someone to get a stomach bug while eating here

Great food, but for my dine-in order, a couple of problems: I was given a table marker but then called to the front to get my order, it was in a bag instead of on a tray, and there was no straw. Water in the restroom is too hot. Part of the dining room is closed off for preparing orders.

After waiting over 25 minutes for a chicken wrap, I get to the drive through window only to be told to find somewhere to park and they will bring my food out when it’s ready.I finally got my chicken wrap after 30 minutes.I was eating my food on the way home and noticed something hard in my mouth; I immediately spit it out. It was black and hard, and it looked liked somebody put it in there in purpose after I asked why do I have to pull up after waiting 25 minutes for a chicken wrap.See attached photos

Instead of telling me that they ran out of the spicy chicken biscuit, they gave me a ginormous slap of spicy sandwich meat in between a biscuit and wrapped it in their sandwich packaging. The sandwich meat is way spicier, huge, and chewy/harder to eat, so I would’ve preferred that they told me they were out or offered me something else than to come home to something I won’t eat after waiting for 40 mins in a huge traffic jam for it. Not only was it hard to get into the drive thru, but once I made it to the window they asked me to park in the lot to wait for my food and it took an extra 15 mins while I watched all the cars go crazy and almost get into wrecks trying to find parking. A literal nightmare, not worth a penny

This location needs some TLC. Drive through is ridiculously slow compared to any other CFA I’ve ever been to. The inside of the store is quite dirty and messy. Staff are generally not very friendly or helpful.Every time we’ve ordered through the drive through something is missing or wrong.On several occasions staff have been eating outside food (large pizzas, and McDonalds) in the middle of the restaurant being loud and distracting.Also not sure if masks are required here by employees or not but when they all wear them as chin straps it looks ridiculous.

I love love love chick fil a but today was not my best experience. My biscuit that I ask for extra butter on had not butter and it was crunchy. I love the soft butter biscuit. I’m not sure if the cook read the ticket wrong or what happened.

Every time I come here there is an issue. I just moved to the area and live CFA. 1st time they hand me the completely wrong order. I had to drive back around and wait again in the drive through. Then today, I asked for the breakfast burrito with grilled chicken and I get one with no chicken.Take time. I know there are customers. But read back orders and double check. They lose more food from errors this way and times are too hard for this. Fast food for me is a treat. I expect better from CFA
