When visiting Chick-fil-a's, I always order via the CFA app and use curbside pickup (if available). I applaud this location for the progress they have made since the beginning of the pandemic. It's not perfect, but this is now one of my favorite locations to go to in this area. The parking lot can get a bit tight at times (and some drivers carelessly block others in the parking lot) but way better quality and service than the CFA location off 285 and South Cobb.

It was really good I know 30.00 seems high for 2 people but we ordered a lot. I got a chocolate milkshake, sweet tea, vanilla Ice coffee which was really good. Chicken nuggets, salad, and a fruit cup it was all great. my husband got the chicken sandwich Deluxe he said it was really good it looked good too I wanted to eat it 2 but he was being a butt so I didn't get to try it he also ordered waffle fries, large dr. Pepper and a chocolate milkshake so all of that was over $30.00 but worth every penny at least to me it was

The drive thru is HORRIBLE. My food was literally disgusting. None of the employees even greeted me. I didn’t get a straw for NONE of my drinks. The guy who took my order was literally yelling across the parking lot to his co worker. His buddy came over & said “oh we always get complaints about him being vulgar to our guest”. They found it historical. I’m not sure if this helps but my receipt says “team member: iPad order six”. I never had an experience so horrible with chick fil a. Today’s experience would be expected at McDonald’s.

Always great choice chick fil a has to be the best all around fast food chain. And not just because the food is good , the service is good Always and orders 9.8 times out of 10 is right and although they do have long lines the have a system in place that moves you through fairly quickly so ye Always a good choice!

This Chick Fil A is definitely a subpar location. I hate that it’s the only one close to me which forces me to go to this location. It’s subpar solely because of the service. They’re NEVER timely with drive up orders, I’ve had an employee drop my food at the drive thru window and ask me to pick it up (???) and looked at me crazy for asking for another since he was the one who dropped it, and this morning the woman who took my order had the worst attitude. How can a company pride itself on giving exceptional guest service when they provide piss poor service in reality? And for the record, this location is only receiving a 2nd star because it’s Chick-fil-A food. Please do better with your service. Just because you’re conveniently the only one in the area does not give an excuse to be so terrible in service.

I ordered an 8pc nuggets and paid $10.38 according to my bank statement (way overpriced). I drove to the window after paying the guy in the drive thru line. When I got up to the window, they refused to give me my order because they said they have no record of the transaction. They then tried to get me to leave the drive thru, but I had to refuse to leave until they either returned my money or gave me my order. They eventually relented and gave me my order.Poor!!!!

Cashier did not listen correctly to what I ordered. He walked away and other staff members were left to help me. He assumed that I was ordering to go and I actually planned on sitting in and having dinner with my son. I don't feel like my business is appreciated.

I’m so thankful this store runs normal just as it did before the pandemic. The drive through line can get long but it moves FAST! I usually use their curbside pick up and they are always nice ??.

This may be an unpopular opinion, but I am not a fan at ALL of people standing at my car window to take my order. This location always seems to have 2-3 people standing in the dive through to take orders, and even has someone standing outside the window to hand you your order. I understand that they are trying to provide a more personal experience, however, sometime I just want to talk to the box and move on.

I always worry about not checking bags as I drive off becayae of through countless times that I've gotten home after a long day and someone forgot or completely got my order wrong. Well last night I had a very long day at work (almost 12 hours). I pulled in and ordered food for my family of 5!! I just trusted that everyone got the order correct and I was good to do so. They had every single thing down to the number of packets of sauces we wanted. I love the quick speed and competency! This location is my favorite so far!!!
