Horrible customer service. I even called the owner Marshall McCabe and explained my issue his response was..Do you want me to come and roll biscuits?? I waited in line since 10:15am for breakfast they took our order we get to the window they tell us they out of biscuits and no solution to the problemI’m going to get everyone I know to give this place a one star
Unfortunately this location does a really poor job of managing their drive through. They added an express lane which is typically blocked making it impossible to use and further slowing down the process. Most other locations seem to manage this better but they have can not seem to get it together. Not to mention their traffic is blocking everything else in this parking lot. There are other locations close by, try them before coming here to get frustrated.
This location changed the 3rd drive-thru lane to be an online orders only, without clear signage. Then refused to take my order and made me wait in the line to drive around to use lane 1 or 2 for ordering. That is so far outside of the friendly Chick-fil-a culture; I was stunned. My two cents—be careful with your grab for money; you will tarnish your brand. Friendly service and quality are going to win over quick a$$holes every time.
I was excited to see this location start using the 3rd lane as an express mobile order lane.The first time I tried to use it because I was running late to get back to work. Placed a mobile order, pull up to the drive-thru, noone else in the express lane had placed a mobile order. An employee was out there with a tablet taking orders. I asked an employee about it, and was told "during lunch, around 11am-2pm we allow all orders in lane 3, otherwise the line would be around the block." Cool, I'll keep that in mind.A week later I pulled up around noon, and had not placed a mobile order this time. But there was noone in lane 3, and the line was sticking out into traffic...so, keeping in mind what I was told a week ago, I pull up to the guy standing in lane 3 with a tablet. He tells me lane 3 is for mobile orders only and points to the sign, then sighs and says "go ahead with your order, but next time keep in mind this lane is mobile only." Noted.The 4 times I've placed a mobile order since, I show up to the store and the express lane is closed, so I have to sit through the line anyways.What's the point of even having the express lane?Edit: After seeing all the other bad reviews, I'll probably just start going to the one around the corner in the mall, or the one 2 miles away on Cumberland.
Chick-fil-A you have just lost my business... they have recently started a drive through mobile app line. That they do not have enough room for this and one you pull into the lane you can't get out and can't place an order.... customer service is going down hill.
I have never had such a negative experience by a chick-fil-a in my life. The person who took my prefer was so rude. I got in the express lane and proceeded to make an order. I made an order and the attendant said I’m only taking mobile orders, If not go to a regular lane. I stated, “ I’m sorry I was unaware this was a mobile lane and there are 9 cars in front of me. Can you assist me with an order or can I make a mobile Oder quickly. I can’t get out out the line as there is no exit and I’m trapped. She stopped responding. I said hello 5 times, repeated my question and responded hello again, can some help me with the turn around of the mobile order. No response. As soon as I pull up a little and the car pulls in behind she responds with a greeting. After I few minutes I was able to break away from the line. I don’t knock the line rules, but I was simply asking for a turn around time for the mobile prefer being as though I had my app pulled up and trapped behind numerous cars. No help. I’m very disappointed in my service of such a reputable organization.
It is drive through only and I use the mobile app with express lane. I have to end up waiting for 20-30 minutes for them to give me my food. The food is pretty good though. Unlike other Chick-fil-A’s it has outdoor seating. The only indoor part, the bathrooms are not vary well maintained. Great for birthday parties, and nugget trays.
Went on Tuesday around 6:15pm, chicken inside the sandwich tasted old, they should have thrown it away and made new badges of fresh chicken, the crumbs of the chicken literally fell off by themselves. Horrible and disgusting. Usually a good location but have to do better in the afternoon.
Been starving all day waiting for the chance to get a meal and pick chick fil a because of the good service….. order chicken noodle soup snd get a sandwhich…. Honestly won’t go back. How do you confuse a sandwhich and soup? You don’t t it’s just people not doing their job. If I could give a zero ✭ I would
I typically always have a great experience at this location. Today started the same until I open my water cup. There is a hair strand in my water that is obviously not mine. Of course I didn’t think I would need to check my cup of water and the only way I saw this is because I getting ready to refill it. I am so disappointed. So for other customers please check your food and your drinks.
