I just moved in the area and this Chick-fil-A is up the street from my house. I've only been there 3 times.. 2 out of the 3 times customer service has been terrible. My very first time the young lady taking my order was giving major attitude. The most recent time a young man was very rude and had a nasty attitude. I reported him to the manager. I won't be back to this location.

This location needs some structure. It has to be bas management because there is no way anyone should sit in a drive-thru line for 42 mins. RIDICULOUS! I visit this location often as it’s convenient to my job for lunch. I’ve noticed there has been a mass hire for the Summer and I can hardly tell. I just had to walk in to get my order after waiting almost an hour on a salad. As I’m driving off the third vehicle I was behind was just now at the window. I come at the same time each time I visit so NO this was not just a lunch hour rush. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for years and this location needs an evaluation from management on down. Will not be visiting again. This was the last straw.

Extremely disappointed in their customer service. I ordered through the mobile app because I was on my lunch break for work. When i got to the window to get my food they said they were waiting on my sandwich and needed me to pull into a curbside spot so i did. I waited for 10 minutes and nobody brought me my food. I then went inside and stood in the pick up area for 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged my presence until another customer told a young lady I had been waiting there before her as they passed her her food. Come to find out my food had just been sitting in the drive thru window the entire time. I have never had this issue at any Chick-fil-A before and i am very disappointed with this location. They looked at me and walked passed me without saying a word until someone had to tell them i had been standing there waiting to be helped. I do not work a traditional job so I wasted a lot of time and money waiting on my food dealing with poor customer service.

I ordered 2 deluxe sandwiches, the original was too salty and the spicy one was a little salty, but delicious.I recommend to eat spicy chicken sandwich!In terms of taste and staffs, I would like to give 4 stars, but the reason I only give 3 stars is because I placed an online order in advance and went to pick it up, but even when I arrived at the store, I had to wait over 20 minutes to receive it.Also the shake I ordered was missing so I had to wait again.Rather, I saw the person who came to the store after I arrived and placed an order completed first.Staff was friendly but there seems to be a problem with the order management system.

I am a big fan of chick-fil-a and every chick-fil-a I have ever ordered from has never let me down. Surprisingly I did an online order from them a few days ago and I specifically said no tomatoes and it even said it on the receipt but the person didn’t bother to look at it and I am not a complainer so I just took the tomatoes out. I also didn’t get the lettuce which I also just dealt with. But what really got me upset is that just a couple hours after eating from this location my stomach didn’t feel right. I am not specifically blaming anyone but something wasn’t done right somewhere because I got a really bad stomach flu and almost had to go to the hospital. I hope that you guys don’t allow whatever happened to me to happen to another customer.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. There is no structure to the entire process from placing an order with 1 of the 6 employees uselessly hanging around outside that could be helping out in the kitchen instead, to waiting in the drive-thru just to be told to circle around to the curbside parking to wait another 20 minutes for an order that isn’t fulfilled correctly. To top it all off, my boyfriend had food poisoning from one of their chicken sandwiches and has since avoided eating chicken from this location. The only thing this location is consistent for is disappointing customers.

During the day this location is great and everyone is on point. But in the evening it feels like McDonald's customer service. Last night about 8:00 pm I pull through the drive through a male was taking order car side. Normally they stand back some but this guy was super close for no reason with his mask under his mouth on his chin. Just weird especially during covid. When I got to the window I asked for a manager and the young lady Yesey said she was. I explained and she was not at all apologetic and was oddly giggling. Super weird response. She said outside they are not required to wear a mask and he was probably close because he could not hear me. All while giggling like a kid. So they think talking in your face during covid is just fine.

Worst experience ever!! We ordered lunch from work to be delivered with specific request to hand deliver. The driver fiest onmy delivered soggy cold fries and forgot 2 salads and our chicken sandwich. When I called to complain the manager didn’t seem phased at all and said she’d call the driver. The driver came back with the missing food and threw it on a work desk without notifying us. The food was all cold and gross. Tried calling back several times and the location won’t answer my calls now. Don’t order from this location!

I work from home and I can get so busy that finding time to eat or prepare a meal can be rough. This chic fil a is 2 minutes from my house so I decided to order on the mobile app. Placed my order for breakfast, got dressed, then headed to the location. When I arrived I was shocked to find that my order was not ready. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting. Never once was I acknowledged by the staff. This is not the first time it's happened at this location either. Finally I ask someone to check on my order. She proceeds to tell me that my order did not go through because I placed it at 10:25. I've now been away from my house for 20 minutes. I ask to speak to a manager who tells me that there's nothing they can do. I have a confirmation for the order on my phone, yet there's nothing they can do smh. I then ask if I can place an order with them since I don't have time to go somewhere else and she tells me I have to place it on the mobile app. I've now been gone for 25 minutes when I planned on being away for 5. No help from this staff at all. I have a friend who told me that this is the worst location and I took offense to it because its in my backyard. I can no longer defend them. The right thing to do would be to offer me a meal of equal value to my order at the very least. Instead I received looks, attitude, the worst customer service I've had in several months. I'll never go there again and my not visit another chic fil a for sometime because of this.

This Chick-fil-A is absolutely horrible!!!There is another Chick-fil-A not far from this one, my advice is to go there, I definitely will going forward.The management here simply does not care. I waited for over an hour for a breakfast order placed and I arrived for before 10AM, well before the 10:30AM breakfast cutoff. Once they were unable to use the time as an excuse they claimed they had no record of my order, despite the transaction taking place and my emailed receipt with transaction number.Several customers were having the similar issues. The employees were blaming the Chick-fil-A application and claiming that we needed to take it up with corporate. Nothing was wrong on a technical level, it was purely operations and order execution. They claimed they were short staffed and backed up, but when I arrived there were barely any cars in the drive thru or curbside parking spaces.While I was there they also failed a large catering order for a business and then blamed the customer that the order was "incorrect" and "last minute" (although if that was the case how were they allowed to place it??).Meanwhile there are several employees talking or standing around outside with tablets waiting to take more and more orders that the team inside clearly could not keep pace with or even get correct. I don't understand their logic of taking orders fast and filling them slow. Would seem much more productive to take orders slower and fill them faster.The manager talked to me for two seconds, pretended and promised me some alternate lunch food items as replacement, as by this point I had missed the breakfast cutoff. She walked away and never came back. She also argued with other unhappy customers with legitimate complaints and made excuses about staffing because of COVID. She claimed that other Chick-fil-A locations had enough staffing but they did not. (even though there were at least four employees outside with tablets and not enough cars to need that many people out there). There's no point in taking orders faster if you can't fill them!!!Another employee finally helped me and I greatly appreciated it.I am a patient, reasonable person and will tolerate a lot, which unfortunately gets you overlooked in these type of scenarios. There were so many angry customers and some getting loud and obnoxious. I was respectful but told them at this point I just needed to leave as I had been waiting for well over and hour and needed to get back to work.This is not the first issue I've had at this site (other customers verbalized similar sentiments) but this was such a terrible experience I had to write a review.
