Ordered from UberEATS will waiting for my son's procedure to be over at CHOA. I'm vegan I see they have a new item kale crunch salad that supposed to come with almonds. I didn't see almonds or dressing in bag. I called the person that answered said dressing is already on it and almonds come on side then hung up. I taste no dressing anywhere on it or see any.

Quality over quickness. This location sucks. They tried to be so fast handing over my iced lemonade that they didn't put the lid on properly causing it to spill all over my clothes and inside of my car, including the hard to reach cloth section on the side of the seat.So you know how thats gonna smell!All the manager could do is give napkins and remake the drink. They need to learn how to take responsibility and rectify situations when they mess up.

Apparently it's all about the drive-thru at #847. End of the lunch rush. I counted 7 people directly behind the counter, a MANAGER adjacent. Not one person terribly busy. One register open, with a line. It took nearly 10 minutes to place my easy order for a #1 with ST. Dine in, I got the table prop. Sat down and did not get my food. I went to the counter after 6 minutes, my tray had been sitting. You bet it was lukewarm. The chicken was awful. Fries were not good but at least edible. But hey, I bet they got 25 cars through! The dining room is miserable, nearly half is set aside for crew members - for what there's no idea.Let me tell you, I will not enter a Chick-Fil_A dining room for a very long time

I was surprised when the young man taking my order commented on how much I was spending. He said, "11.49 for 2 items. That's a lot!!" I wonder if he was new and not familiar with the prices? But I think he was just young and didn't know any better. I don't think an employee anywhere should comment on what a person spends. And I certainly didn't expect it at chick fil a. They usually train there employees better! ?

This is the second awful experience with this branch. This time one of my orders came wrong. Instead of 12 pieces grilled nuggets for my kids it came 12 fried pieces. I me tipned the girl behind the counter. A black hair Mexican ascend medium hight a little chubby. She first charged me for the extra $2 on grilled. It was ok. Then she asked me to bring back the fried nugget. When I handed to her I mentioned the reason I didn’t bring it initially was not to waste the food since they should throw it to trash. She didn’t say a word. No apology, charged me for difference even-though it was their mistake I always always always clearly ask for grilled since I don’t give fried food to my kids and on top of all she rudely asked for the food. Well we are customers of chick file and always will be but this is nothing nothing similar to any branch I ever go. I’m usually so humble about customer service , hardly ever have any problems with my orders, hardly ever make a big deal of things but I was so mad at this person to ruin the reputation of a good biz like chick file. These people are just betraying others lifetime reputation and money. Shame on her to prefer to ask me to bring a touched food so she can throw it to garbage. I’m extremely against the waste. So furious. I would probably hand it to someone. Happened 3/31/2022 8:15 pm

My chick fil a bag was covered in grease and my fry box barely had fries in it . A total of 4 fries. This is the second time ive come to this chick fil a and my order was cold and thrown together.

The manager need lessons on customer service. The young man who took our order got it wrong. we get to the window and ask the lady to make the correction. the manager comes to the window and was combative tell us they don't give away food and we need to pay an additional $3. She said ppl make mistake we ask could she correct the mistak she looked at us like we did something wrong.. I will not return horrible customer service

I come to this Chick-Fil-A faithful since I work in the area. I went to the drive-thru today and THE worst service! The young lady name Yadira was beyond RUDE. She did not greet me, she did not move with urgency, she was rushing me like she had other things to do. Mind you, there were no cars behind me. I asked her to ring my order separately because my beverage was going to be a large cup of water ( I know this from working for Chick-fil-A). She responded rudely "why are you telling me that do you want the meal or not". I have worked for Chick Fil A and her attitude is not fitting and does not meet Chick-Fil-A standards or core values. I was so taken back. I asked for the manager, which was Kevin. He told me he has received several complaints about this young lady. He stated "he does not know if it is her tone or how she speaks. I apologize and hopefully next time you come she will not be outside". His response was not acceptable and I will not be returning.

Employees are disrespectful. When it was time to take my order, I was not even spoken to by the employee. I just got a blank stare like “wtf are you doing here”. Won’t be back.
