Elijah (shift member) was extremely unprofessional and rude. Please educate him on the importance of dealing with customers with simple complaints. I ordered a Cobb salad grilled with extra cheese and tomatoes. The salad did not have extra cheese. Upon going to the counter, Elijah immediately started touching my salad container and telling me that I have enough, despite the cheese being barely noticeable. I'm surprised Chick-fil-A's customer service is this bad. Be kind and courteous. ? 5/13/2022.
Awful experience. Me and another driver pulled up at CFA at 9:02pm and the manager Ally would not take my order but took the other driver's order. Ally was locking the doors and yelled at me while I was in the drive thru and said they were closed. The other driver placed his order and then I drove up and placed my order. After I placed my order, I could hear Ally telling the person who took my order that they were closed. The guy comes back to the speaker after taking my order and said they were closed. Of course I got upset and drove around and asked for a manager. Ally comes to the window, I asked for another manager. She said she was the only one there and refused to give me her manager's name. I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint.
Fresh hot ? breakfast ?... This Chi k-fil-A does not skimp on portions... ???!!! Great place to eat for breakfast before starting your day ?!!!
Great staff! Plan your visit accordingly. Drive Thru lines are usually very long (as with most CFA's). I order for in-store pickup through the app to save time. Anything wrong with my pickup they correct immediately (but very rarely are there any issues)
Worker refused to give me a refill. Wow. Only restaurant in the entire metro area that will not allow you inside their restaurant nor will they give you a simple refill. After I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. There are much better and convenient options in this area. Shameful
Great food and great service. I usually do curbside as the drive thru lines are quite long. Entry and exit are a little cumbersome due to traffic on Northside and all the other food places around it. Definitely recommend!
Used the app to order ahead and helped get me through the line quickly. Great service!
I ordered a pickup in store. Most doors are locked and signage to in store pickup is minimal... wasted more than 10 min picking up my order
By far the worst Chick-fil-A. Always get your order wrong, forget sauces, straws, napkins, etc. one lady that works in the mornings is rude. Chick-fil-A in general has gone down hill, turning into basic fast food.
I love Chick-fil-A but this location is horrible. I sat 15 minutes in line without moving and was trapped so I couldn't leave. When I finally ordered and got to the window, they couldn't find my order. I asked for a manager and the window person said she was was the manager. She said they had been switching from breakfast to lunch but it was a poor excuse. The people who had gone in to order were in and out while the car line wrapped down the block not moving. It shouldn't take 30 minutes. Any other Chick-fil-A has it figured out.
