This location is horrible! The last three times that I was in Atlanta airport they were closed during operation hours (operational hours according to THEIR website) .Employees were visibly there talking in the back of the restaurant with the lights off. Each time they never came to the counter nor did they answer their phone. This location is so unprofessional.
I was passing through the airport (5/22/22 around 4:00pm) and wanted to grab something to eat before heading on to my flight. The staff was amazing. They were obviously understaffed and these ladies stepped up. They worked as a team and didn’t seem flustered by the long lines, short-tempered travelers, and lack of help. Bravo!Management, please take notice and reward exceptional employees.
They take ENTIRELY TOO LONG to make the food! It's ridiculous that in an airport with not much time that you're waiting 30 mins+ for food and it's not even busy! They can't walk and chew buggle gum which means instead of making food they rather laugh and joke with each other which slows down this process. Ugh and the food really isn't all that anymore. Do better!
Thank you ladies for the delicious food. It really tasted like it was made with love.I really appreciated the condiments being placed under the sandwich wrapper instead of on the food.Seating was available and it areas were clean.Great fast and friendly service!
This morning I stood in a line of less than ten people for 15 minutes and didn't even get to order before my plane started boarding. Two of us got out of line 2 and 3 places from ordering. There were no less than 4 employees and only 1 register open. Then they stopped taking orders and all proceeded to cleaning grills and restocking items without saying a word to anyone in line. I've never seen restaurant employees move so slow.
Great Philly cheesesteaks. Laid back friendly staff but not a long wait.

Had to leave my food behind as order took forever. At least two other people had to leave their order behind also. Do yourself a favor and do not spend your money and time here.
Fighting staff, floors super sticky, long wait times despite very few customers. This place needs a SERIOUS discussion from their head office. Will never again return.
