Yummy, large servings
Everything is phenomenal. Ice cream is great, cookies are good. My ONLY COMPLAINT and the reason it only gets 4 stars is this:SELL THE HARDER COOKIES!!! I respect your decision to have all of your cookies to be soft and sweet for ice cream sandwiches. (It's even their tag line!) But if I'm buying JUST the cookie??? I prefer it to have more body/resistance. It's super soft/gooey/doughy in the middle which can be off putting. So sell the harder ones atleast on request! I'll take them off of you, I promise I won't be angry even if they're really tough. It's what I asked for ?.That being said, if any of you wish to buy JUST the cookies but aren't a fan of the texture when it's eaten alone, throw it in the oven for a bit. It brings it right up to perfect cookie texture and temp ??.Still highly recommend and I stop by every once in a while to enjoy an ice cream sandwich.
So they put the ice cream between warm cookies and then put it in a paper bag. We had to throw it away after 5 minutes bc it starts melting immediately and I’m not really sure what they expect you to do when it’s in a container that is going to disintegrate if it gets too wet. Cookies were also super soft so they also started disintegrating and you are just left with a wet, melted mess. Can’t believe I paid $10 to eat a fourth of the sandwich and throw it away. I took pictures but there’s no option to attach them unfortunately.

Amazing, flavorful ice cream and cookies. Also the service was inviting and cheerful.My only suggestion to maximize on customer base from a wider radius, is to find new packaging to put the sandwiches in. Unfortunately not more than just 10 min after leaving, the ice cream leaked through the paper bag on both bottom corners. I only had a few bites before I had to throw it out for the mess it was making ?
I got a plain milkshake. The girl working there was really clean and washed the plastic glass and the machine two times. She was nice too. I liked my milkshake.
Operating hours haven’t matched their posted hours on the door twice to my disappointment. Also, they’ve been out of 1/2 the ice cream on the menu every time I’ve been, sometimes even basic cookies.
It was ok. The cookies were good but the ice cream was meh! And they are cashless so be prepared to use your card.
Just back in from a visit to the new Atlanta Interlock location. We Loved it! CATHY'S is very conveniently located in the parking area where 30-minute parking is FREE! I had the Snickerdoodle Cookie with Banana Pudding Ice Cream and Pecan Topping. It was delicious!I couldn't eat all of the cookies and next time I may just get a scoop in a cup with one cookie on the side. The cookie was also sweeter than I prefer but it balanced well with my ice cream selection. I'll definitely be returning soon!
Just get the Ice cream cookie sandwich already. You can not go wrong. You need two people to finish it. Delicious but the calories I dont want to think about.
