Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I've been here many times and can't remember them ever messing up my order (and I usually order for multiple people). Atmosphere/aesthetic is fantastic. And I love their environmental awareness (They don't use drink carriers, sleeves, or stoppers without them being requested first.) And I prefer the taste of their coffee to other major coffee chains. Highly recommended.
Drive through was fast and I ordered sandwiches, drinks, and pastries. I was expecting it to take 10 minutes maybe took 3 minutes. Very friendly and courteous the(the people who took my order and delivered the food)
I've never had a bad experience at caribou. I ordered online. Showed up a few minutes early and everything was ready and they offered a drink carrier. Great service and coffee as always.
This was my first time trying Caribou Coffee. Their Vanilla Iced Matcha Latte hits different from Starbucks.
I love good coffee and I just moved to Buckhead. I've been looking for a good coffee place to go regularly, and since it was my birthday, I thought I'd give Caribou a try. They were out of what I ordered (an everything bagel), but that happens sometimes. An iced coffee beverage, bagel and tip was $10 (pricey, but it is Buckhead) but my cream cheese container was only half full. So I had to pay extra to get enough cream cheese to cover my bagel.In short, the product was okay, but the customer experience was ruined by that. It's disappointing, because I now live a couple blocks from Lenox mall and want a place to be a regular customer.
I knew, when I saw my latte that it wouldn't be good. It was topped with a loose foam instead of a creamy head. And I was right. Not good. I couldn't even finish it. I won't be back.
BEST COFFEE EVER! Wonderful flavors, and they are WAAAAAYYYY better than Starbucks! My husband and I always loved their bagged coffee and wanted to try the coffee fresh in the store. I'm glad we had the opportunity, too! It was worth the drive and visit!
I ordered my coffee and waited in drive thru and when I went to pay the car in front of me bought my coffee. The cashier was so nice . I'm from Chicago and there are no more Caribou coffees so this was great.
Love their coffee over all other big coffee shops. Doesn't taste burn and doesn't need stirring before hand.
I love caribou . The coffee is phenomenal and the cabin like aesthetic is so comforting and welcoming . They even have a fire going inside . 10/10 . The daily trivia is also a nice perk!
