Service was great! The food amazing the owner extremely friendly. It’s a nice spot to bring the family or friends, anytime. Lunch, brunch or dinner! They definitely have the best wings in town. The restaurant sits in a plaza with a pool hall. So after eating your favorite food. Go for have some food shooting pool. Cafe hot wing is clean and the food Flavorful, and the wings are crispy and a nice size not big but nice and the sauces are ALL great! It’s a must try. Better than A.Deli. On any day!
Only good thing was it came out fast. Wings dry and crispy there was barley sauce on them and the fries were not salted. The women who cashed me out had an attitude like she was bothered. Never again the reviews must be fake I don’t see how anyone would choose to eat here.
The hot wings were fantastic and the sautéed mushrooms are to die for. Great selection of drinks KS. We frequent this place on a regular bases and highly recommend!
Yesterday was my first time visiting. The wings were perfectly crisp and flavorful. I'm not sure if the fries were old or just overcooked, but they were not appetizing so I may not order them again. The restaurant is super dark, so I'll probably always order to go. Despite small issues, I will definitely be back for the wings!
Best extra crispy, dry wings in town. Been going here for years and they are consistent and delicious.
I never write reviews but Cafe Hot Wing 2 is an exceptional spot near Atlanta. It is a family owned restaurant serving food and service made with love. The wings are small, crispy, flavorful, and perfect. This is my go to spot!! People need to come here and try it out!!
I don't usually give reviews but this time I feel I should. This Cafe Hot Wing in Embry Hills off Chamblee Tucker road has a young man who is really nice that had I thought of evaluating I would have given it a 5. But, there is a lady who has made me value this eating place with a score as low as 2! I would even have given it a 1!. We went to buy hot wings, and my boy wanted to dine in. We gave our order and she brought us drinks with ice. So I told her that I had forgotten to inform her, we are sorry we didn't want ice in our drink. She said it was okay and she brought us other glasses. There was no one in the restaurant except us and it is winter (cold). She served us but with no cutlery and went to eat her food.! I asked for cutlery and she brought me a fork and non for my boy! Then I tasted the spirite. She had removed the ice and poured in water! It was so so so bad that I couldn't drink it. This lady should know that every customer must be valued. You can't choose to be good to some people and nasty to others!
Cafe Hot Wing had always been my place to go for my tasty hot wings and teriyaki chicken since. I started coming here in 1997. The previous owner, a big Asian nice dude would come to your table and talk to you about your day and whatever to make you feel welcome and valued at the place… He was awesome. I noticed how customers loved him.Then he sold it to this new family. It’s a total change to me in service and honesty. The smiles and hugs are long gone…I guess the new family has mom running the front line desk for this place now. She’s a good human being with bad customer service and not so much honest with pricing the food at checkout. She doesn’t seem to enjoy that job from what I gaged…She overcharged me at three occasions. The first time I just walked away thinking I missed something and I was in a rush. but I have ordering the same thing since 1997. I always check the new prices though. The second time she overcharged me again. I told her about it but she never apologized. She fixed it and tossed me a receipt.December 8th 2021 was my last straw with Cafe Hot Wing 2 under this new owner. All this time I was riding out the bad customer service for the taste of the wings. But when she overcharged me AGAIN!!!! I was done. That’s when I realized she’s trying to cheat by thinking I wasn’t paying attention. I asked for my receipt of the reversed charged but she said she doesn’t have one. After I insisted she gave me the merchant copy. This time again there was NO APOLOGY whatsoever. I decided that that I will never come back. It’s an abuse of disservice. I also decided to contact the Better Business Bureau to report this cheat!
This place is mine and my husband’s favorite wing place. The sauce they use here is amazing, and the times we’ve came the people working here have been super friendly. The wings are a little on the smaller size but nothing beats that sauce!
Restaurant is owned a by a very caring and friendly family, who usually remember you as soon as you walk through the door. They're wonderful to chat with and their food is great. Would recommend if you like a very friendly atmosphere and seen as someone who matters
