Great Atmosphere, good service, music is on point
I have now been to BURN by Rocky Patel for the last two years as a faithful patron. I am familiar with other cigar lounges in and around the Atlanta area, and will be patronizing these businesses instead of BURN, Atlanta. In addition to the Atlanta location, I have frequented the other locations during business travel. My last few visits to BURN have been sub par to say the least and leave a lot to be desired. Recently there has been a change in staff within the Atlanta location. Many of the new waitresses have terrible customer service skills and will not check on you if you are a woman. My favorite server however, is Kaylee, she is always super helpful, attentive, and partially the only reason my spouse and I continue to return. If you are visiting, definitely ask for her to be your server! Alternatively, the Assistant General Manager, Marvin Price, is not helpful in any way. I asked to speak to Marvin in regards to an issue during my last visit and he did not come check in on our party until being requested several times. Once finally making his way over to our table, he was very disinterested in helping to solve our issue. I asked for a copy of his card to follow-up and he hesitated to give me his information to clarify my issue. It then took an additional 15 minutes for him to return with a business card that was supposedly 50 feet away at the hostess stand. On this particular evening, it was a member of my party's first time smoking a cigar and at a lunge in general. After the sub-par resolution from the management team, it left a bad experience in the forefront of her mind when thinking of BURN by Rocky Patel. Extremely disappointing for a cigar lounge in a prime location to be in the personnel situation it is currently in.
Friendly service, great ventilation system and very cool atmosphere
Nice hang if you’re near the stadium and you’re into cigars. It’s such a beautiful venue and the ambiance is superb. Two thumbs up for the service here and the food is pretty good as well. I had the seasonal fruit salad with balsamic glaze. It was HUGE! I packed it to go and I’m hoping it’s as delicious tomorrow. My husband went for the sliders with a side of macaroni and cheese, and he literally cleaned the plate. If for nothing else, come for the decor. Every room offers something beautiful to gaze upon, which would be easy to get lost in after a top shelf cocktail and a Crazy Alice cigar.

Love this spot. Great cigar selection, friendly staff, food, and cocktails. The ventilation system is first rate and I never left smelling like smoke. It's a must stop when in Atlanta.
I’m new to the cigar community so I can’t say much about the cigars. The vibe and atmosphere were excellent. I came with some girlfriends on a Friday night and our service was top tier. I really wish I could remember our server’s name but she was attentive, patient, and welcoming.For my first visit and first cigar, I felt like I belonged because of how friendly she was to everyone at our table. Also my crab cakes over a spinach mix were delicious. I’ll be back again.
I actually enjoyed the experience. Nice establishment, welcoming staff, mature patrons, music to vibe to, tv was playing sports (no volume), decent drinks, and spacious. The humidor had a variety of cigars to choice from if you didn't come with your own. The tobacconist was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cigars.
Kaylee really took care of us last night! My friend and I decided to stop by Burn after the Roxy for a cigar and a couple of drinks. The entire staff was very welcoming from the hostess to the tobacconist inside the humidor, but Kaylee tied it all together.Due to bottling shortages, we weren't able to order what we had originally wanted, but without missing a beat Kaylee accommodated us by providing alternate suggestions. Once, when she wasn't sure whether our cigars would pair well with a particular scotch, she ran off to consult the bartender and came back with recommendations and an invitation to come speak with the bartender about specific bottles that they have in stock.We will definitely be back. I appreciate the level of service provided and the willingness to be honest about liquor suggestions. A less caring staff member would have just nodded their head and agreed regardless of compatibility, but she really took the time to make herself available and provide us with a perfect experience.
Omg knowledgeable staff. John is amazing. Love the decor. The cigar room/humidor was stocked, neat, and extremely clean.I had the Vegan burger with Mac and it was amazing.The vibes is cool. Diverse crowd.
