Service 5 starsBagels 3 starsThe place is clean. The Staff are nice and the kitchen is pretty quick.I got a basic everything bagel with cream cheese. I got it toasted and they overtoasted it a bit. The toppings were somewhat burnt and there were spots on the bagel that were downright crunchy. The everything seasoning on top had fallen off in a lot of places and was kind of sparse. The bagel was big though and in the places where it wasn't as toasted, the texture was decent.Overall not the best bagel I have had in Atlanta but not the worst. If I try them again I would skip toasting the bagel. A fresh bagel shouldn't need it anyway.
I got more knowledge of improvement, and they are accommodating to assist me with all the information I need, I'm gaining my profit and they are legit. So happy to have a bagel place in this area! The bagels & sandwiches I've had have been tasty. I wish they would pay more attention to the details though. Of the 4 times I went once I was missing a pickle, once I was missing a bagel, and this last time one of the cheese bagels I ordered had about half as much cheese as the other one. I'm sure I'll be back though.
Great Bagels, hilariously messy sandwiches. We go here every single Saturday to get the Rio Grande breakfast sandwich. Delicious and would highly recommend. But the kitchen cuts bagels like they're blind. It's comedic how poorly they cut it sometimes.

My experiences here have been inconsistent. Some bagels have been delicious and reminiscent of New York, others have been undercooked and doughy or under-salted. Definitely go on the early side when the bagels are fresh. That said, this is one of the best deli options I've found in the Midtown area and is infinitely better than the Panera it replaced.
I think perhaps the folks who are giving the bagels negative reviews have never had a real New York bagel. I am from Long Island, and is this place has quite probably the best bagels I have ever had outside the state of New York. Puts the other couple of decent bagel shops (and there aren't many!) in the area to shame. I've only ordered from them twice so far, and both times, there was so much cream cheese on the bagel that I had to scrape about half of it off! This place is ridiculous, in the best way. Highly recommended.
While the bagels aren’t perfect, they are great and the bagel sandwiches are great! We got nova & whitefish salad to go and those were the stars!! The nova is crazy fresh & amazing and the whitefish salad is absolute perfection! Like a true NY deli, they have my Dr. Brown’s Diet Cherry so golden for a spot closer to me than the others in this space in Atlanta.
This is my avorite bagel and coffee joint. There's a line on the weekend so I recommend you get there early. Haven't been disappointed yet with them running out of items. They have a great system when calling your order number when food is ready. A nice dining area as well. Large parking lot available.
Such a great little spot!! They have a huge selection of bagels and sandwiches and they’ve put in a small little shop for yummy baked goods too. I love coming here for breakfast and lunch. The first time I went, the owner (I think) personally took my order and was super friendly, the staff is great too! Only thing I’d like to see is more coffee selections like lattes rather than just drip. Keep up the good work!
