Customer service was disappointing, saw 4 workers when I walked in and no one greeted me. Also very over priced end up spending 20 on one bowl, Alarge bowl which has 3 proteins comes with only 5 toppings?? That’s odd! Wont be returning ??‍♀️ Waited around every other customer was greeted but me interesting..

Poke has been popular in the continental US for the last several years. 5-6 years ago seemed to be a major wave period of time when lots of poke places were opened. Same for Bowl Lab - they opened in July 2017. With the poke market seeming pretty saturated, finally I no longer see new poke places keep popping up. And although I thought many might go out of business, especially through the pandemic with many people still not returning to their offices and despite seeing most of them had little business volume, most poke places still remain open, at least for the 4-5 poke places near where I live.Bowl Lab is definitely one of the exceptions, they always remain very popular and offer a comparably more unique style of poke experience. We were there on a Friday evening around 7:30; there were a few groups dining outdoors and a few groups dining indoors (they close at 9pm). Their AC was reaaaally strong, the indoors was too cold for us so we decided to sit outdoors. The current prices for Poke Bowls are:- Regular $12.45 (2 scoops protein)- Large $14.45 (3 scoops protein)- X-Large $16.45 (4 scoops protein)We ordered the regular sized ones, but curious to know if we ordered a Large or X-Large one, is it just extra scoop of protein or does the base (salad or rice) also get upsized proportionally. The food ordering process was smooth. The employee was a bit quiet but friendly. We ordered the pre-set menu items so we didn’t have to make too many choices. They use an environmentally friendly cardboard-based bowl as a food container. The overall presentation was very good. And with their signature sauces zig-zag drizzled on the top, they mixed with all ingredients very well! I could see why this place is so popular compared to many other similar poke bar places. They have limited parking spaces in front of the restaurant and more in the garage behind the restaurant. By the time we were leaving around 8pm, while walking in the parking garage toward our car, a car pulled up next to us and the driver asked us if we knew where Bowl Lab was lol. This is how popular this place is. I’m glad we were there during a slow time so we didn’t have to wait in line to order or to get a table. Overall, we had a very good dining experience and will definitely return.Right now this is the brand’s only location. On their website, they indicate COMING SOON for:- Midtown, GA- Kennesaw, GA- Buckhead, GA- Sandy Springs, GA- Miami, FL- Charlotte, NCThey didn’t provide a timeline on when other locations will open, but I’m hoping they truly will open soon so this exceptional poke experience can be enjoyed by more people!

I found this place one day because I was craving octopus. Little did I know I was walking into my new favorite poke bowl spot in Atlanta. The place is so clean with plenty of seating indoors and out. They had a vast variety of toppings plus eight different proteins to choose from. They also had a good selection of Asian drinks and snacks available if in case you didn’t want the entree. A poke nacho bowl on the menu was really interesting. Safe to say this is a good place to visit for Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. Parking is scarce

Happened upon this place as I was traveling between two other places and looking for something quick, healthy and relatively inexpensive. The food was tasty, and service friendly (if a little bit hurried).I enjoyed all the different options for my bowl. I got a mix of rice and salad greens, and a bunch of random veggie stuff. At first I felt kind of like the price was too high for what I got, but then realized the bowl had more depth than I had thought and it ended up being a nice hearty meal!

Your Poke bowls taste like cardboard board that has soaked in water for about 3 days. Where do get off using plain white rice as the base for a sushi bowl. We're you born without taste buds or do you secretly work for the illuminate and this is some poke bowl conspiracy to rid the world of flavor.Next you censored my bad review of your bowls on Facebook yet continue to advertise. Look you came to my page I didn't ask for this. Which confirms you want this conspiracy to remain a secret. How do you sleep at night, think of the children.

The Super Hero bowl is adorned with a plethora of fresh and healthy toppings, but it's just not as good as it once was. Couple that with post-pandemic prices that have skyrocketed (+$4 on bowls) makes it a poor value and makes me unlikely to return.

Food is excellent, can’t be beat. BUT they’ve raised the price twice in the last year!! The most recent price increase was 20%, the last increase before that was around 20-25%. (I have to express I think this is a greedy decision, not to pay staff better or anything) The staff is all very fast and polite with the exception of a single woman with a serious attitude every time I go in. I’m always really nice and she’s never kind in response. I’d go somewhere else if there was another option this good.

Love this place! This restaurant is SUPER clean! The food is SUPER healthy and filling. I really love the variety of fresh toppings and I appreciate the quality of the food here! The customer service is great as well! Amazing vibes! You will feel so energized after eating here!

Ugh I wish I could give them 5 stars but I can’t!!!The food is amazing everything is so fresh and delicious but every single time we go there the workers ALWAYS have the ugliest attitudes!! I live in the apartments right behind them so we go there frequently, maybe if they would have better customer service I would give them 5 stars.

So I am a Uber eats driver part-time and when I go into restaurants I returned based off of the service that I received as a driver picking up someone else's food. Tonight as I entered into this new restaurant that I've never came to before I spoke to the people working in there and no one spoke to me back and I felt like that is odd being that restaurants is a hospitality service and I received none of that. I don't even know what the food taste like and I'm pescatarian and I don't eat. And when I told the employees that I'm going to do a Google review they were nonchalant like they didn't care the same attitude they had when I walked in. I'm sure the owner and the general manager don't train the employees to act that way but it always comes from the top. You might want to do some retraining and some quality control.
