the kitchen is amazing. I fell in love with a specific item on the menu, which was the garlic part chicken wings, however the whole menu is amazing. the food is always on time, hot, and a different experience. the homemade lemonades are amazing as well. its very consistent, delicious, and fresh.oh yeah try the deserts as well
Ok so the first run through without smoking was amazing!!!!The crown was a bit of a surprise with texture; but was really good dancing on my palette with taste and delight while eating it.The wings I am happy about, for one the size!!!! lol because if you know you know lolThe taste was still good and juicy (since I had to wait an hour with Uber, totally not the restaurant fault) which I loved the wings.Very suck off the bone worthy!!Now for the best part ,The beignets which are extremely delightful I love the added nut to the sweetness to bring in a homey type of feel if I can say that.I’m happy you was not stingy with the powder and everything which means you care for who orders from you lolNow I must smoke and take another review lol
I have found me a new wing and fish spot! Food is full of flavor, large 10 piece wings is enough for 1. The banana pudding is hitting and the company is timely about orders.

The food is amazing! The shrimp po boy was perfectly seasoned. It was hot and fresh. This is not a restaurant to sleep on. Please do yourself a favor and try Bourbon St Concepts. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
Baaaaabbyy when I tell youuu THIS FOOD IS SMAKINNNNN !!! Like the food was sooooo good a deliciouuuus!!! I had the shrimp PO BOY, and babyyy it made me wanna marry a PO BOY, cuz I ain’t even know they was that GOODT!! It was sooo yummy I can’t BELIEVE i ate like a heathlan !! this food was given very much YoursMineOURS!! The red beans and rice SNATCHED me up like IKE TURNER, and I pulled a David Ruffin and said “ I refuse to let you go”!! I normally don’t leave reviews!! But this food was so good ! I wanna go half on a baby w the CHEF!! And thats on a Georgia Power payment arrangement !

The food was extremely salty. Nothing was fresh. The beignet was soggy and not fresh. The jambalaya egg rolls were extremely salty. Not crispy at all. Be careful.
Bourbon St concepts gives you exactly what you are asking for. Well seasoned fulfilling food. I had the Henny wings and they were Amazing!! The homemade blue cheese was bomb. Finding consistency and good food is hard to find, but not here. The establishment understood the assignment!!! Will definitely be going back!! ( They got a regular now!!)
