It’s a hit or miss for me I eat here a lot but some time the chicken be dry and the side taste old. Sometimes it’s good it’s not consistent.
I've been here a few times to grab something quick, and really rhe best part of this place is the Staff. You can tell they're short staffed at times but they're always wearing a smile, they're always friendly and it makes it worth coming back to.
Poor employees were not even trained well. They did not know how to cook the food. Service was absolutely terrible. We love their food. But service needs to be improved.
Arrived to dine in and there were only 2 ladies working. They were trying to fill online orders, wait on customers, and keep food area stocked. We were second in line and waited over 25 minutes to be served due to short staffing & priority of online orders. Staff should be able to pause online ordering to allow them to catch up & wait on customers who are present. Our chicken was hot but dry. Mac & cheese excellent, potatoes could have been warmer. Wish they had regular rolls instead of cornbread.
I’ve never eaten here and after my experience at the register I never will.Boston Market partnered with T-Mobile for a promo, yet Boston Market refused to accept coupon at register.Maybe it’s for the best, as their lack of customers foreshadowed a bad food experience.
This location is very shortstaffed but the one server was still getting all orders handled in a very polite and professional manner, the food us always great can't beat their chicken or meatloaf and the sides are just amazing
Uber eats order. Combo chicken and meat loaf. They did not provide my utensils or napkins, drink was not delivered either.Food was cold, Mac&cheese tasted like it was Kraft brand out of a box. Roasted potatoes were really cold and raw. Meatloaf tasted as usual and chicken was dry as dirt. Definitely not a good experience and partly the reason I very rarely do uber eats.These delivery orders should all be double checked prior to delivery being picked up. Steam tables for the sides obviously are not temp every hour to Health department guidelines.
Made my order online at 7:45pm. Pick up time said 8:17pm. I arrived at 8:09pm. The rude staff acknowledged my arrival. I came back in at 8:17pm. They ignored me. Finally one lady asked who is that? The man at register said My name. After being ignored for another 16min with no other customers in the store, including customers that arrived and placed orders after me, I finally got food. Shame what has happened to the Bostom Marjet brand.

don’t go to this location! I saw a picture of one of the employees on snapchat and he still had his gloves on IN THE BATHROOM. he also was taking a picture on his phone WITH HIS GLOVES ON. I wish I knew his name because he needs to be fired. so don’t go here or go on your own discretion.
