I’ve never had such stale, disgusting, and old food from a restaurant. They should be ashamed. Chicken was tough, Mac and cheese was about 3 days old, mashed potatoes were hard and flavorless… cornbread was about 5 days old and not sweet at all. Complete waste of my time and money…. To top it off the guy at the drive through had dirty greasy hands and gave me my debit card back filthy!! I visited on a Monday around 7:00pm… dinner time, no excuse other than pure laziness. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Placed an order online expecting it to be ready when I arrived, but the guy behind the counter informs me that it would be an additional 10 min. On top of that, the ac was out so I sat in a chair outside of the restaurant near the drive-thru so that I wouldn't pass out. Humid and sweltering hot plus the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Gotta find another location quickly.

I have been using Doordash for years but this Restaurant takes the cake! The manager calls me from the store (I never had a mgr call, only Doordash). I am surprised and he says, "We're all out of food"! I was trying not to laugh. But then I said, Out of EVERYTHING? And he said, Yes! Lol. I cannot contact Boston Market because they do not respond to ANY contacts I made with them. And I Google an email for them that doesn't even have words Boston Market in email. Weird. Finally, someone at Boston Market contacted me because I cannot get my $50 order refunded. I sent 5 more emails and NO refund. Any other Merchant would never have charged me to begin with for an order that was never delivered!!!!!!! Still waiting for refund a week later!!??

Very unfriendly. Half my order was not available and they didn’t give me a substitute until I pushed for it. I paid for it. So sad this restaurant has gone so far downhill

I used to go to this location at least once a week when I lived nearby. In all honesty, I had not been in over a year. The place has gone downhill dramatically. In all fairness, on the day I went the air conditioning was out, all the lights in the restaurant were off, and the food looked as if it had been out for hours. None of the help that was there over a year ago when I went, is there now. I’m sad to say that I will not be back to this location again. And in probability, I likely will not return to Boston Market at any location.

Yea this location is pretty rude. I called asking a simple question about the online ordering process and the male employee decided to hang up in my face. I called two more times after and they hung up on me two more times. If you can’t inform customers the right information at a restaurant YOU applied for and work at, then I suggest you try another job. Or retrain your staff cus that’s unacceptable. You never know what people are going through, some people may just want some food and a decent human interaction after a bad day! Terrible.

Ordered 2 salads with our entrees. Got home they missed both my salads they didn’t offer an alternative all they did was write N/A on the receipt, when I called to ask about my salads the person that picked up stated that she is unable to give a refund I need to contact whomever I ordered thru. I ordered online thru Boston market she didn’t even apologize, then I asked for a manager. Spoke with Ronald and all he did was blurt out that my order was canceled no one not even the manager apologized for the inconvenience nor did they act apologetic at all both spoke in a tone as if I was supposed to apologize or I was in the wrong. The manger said I canceled your order as a courtesy. As if I was going to thank him. How about in the future you actually acknowledge the inconvenience apologies go a long way. It’s definitely part of customer Service I was only looking for the salads to be refunded not attitude

The management and staff at this location is awesome. Call-in takeout orders prepared per your instructions or drive-through for quick service. The food is delicious!

I don’t review fast food restaurants often but I had to go back and put this review in. The cashier did not agree with me and she was on her phone. I waited for three minutes and then she said I can go ahead and order. As soon as I was about to order she said I have to clock out and go and someone will be up here to take my order. The worst . All they seem to have is overpriced rotisserie chicken and canned good or frozen first sides. Nothing really spectacular other than the title of the chicken. I stopped because I was so hungry and traffic was bad so I pulled over thinking I can get some good sides but really didn’t see any.In fairness, the replacement cashier was much nicer and everyone fixed my food fast with no issues but my initial experience was not well and the food didn’t seem so valuable. I’m sorry guys I hate to give bad reviews.

Placed an order online for pickup, PAID for it, 9:30pm was listed as pickup time (we'd already waited 6 hours for a neighborhood outage to end and finally gave up on cooking dinner). Showed up at 9:20 and the store was CLOSED, LIGHTS OUT, no cars in the lot. Had to find something else and didn't end up having food at the house for dinner until after 10pm. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back because nobody at the store will pick up the phone. Seeing the other reviews I'm now wondering WHO RUNS THIS PLACE?
