I came in here to eat after I got out of work one day with my husband. We ordered 2 items off the appetizer or late night menu. Halfway through our meal our chairs were taken from us since we had been sitting at the barAnd they had to remove the chairs because of dancing or something like that. But it would have been nice if someone had told us this when we ordered our food that we would not be able to sit in chairs for the entirety of our meal.

The worst customer service and the security is the worst. They are unprofessional and try to flirt then when rejected the get mad. The club is packed and violates coding. In fact I seen the owner paying the fire chief off to stay open and have a large crowd!!!! The whole club is smoked out and it’s only one exit which is the entrance . ZERO STARS!!!! I won’t be backIt’s only a matter of time until something bad takes place at this establishment. They also disrespect women. Beware

I dont normally leave reviews but the dread head bartender is a problem! I dont know how he still has his job. He gotta be plugged in somehow cuz hes bad for business! I been comin here right after work for a long time for a drink or two right before it gets busy but the last time i seen him I walked right out! Dude is not only rude to customers for no reason at all but he's also very nasty to the rest of the staff, especially the servers which he has no issue screaming at in front of a full bar of people. If this is how he gets away with treating both the staff and regular customers I can only imagine how the owners do. I dont know when ill be back but hopefully hes gone when I do!
The food was pretty tasty not the best server she was preoccupied for the most part…. It was just opening which could’ve played a part idk … Im unsure if I’ll go backThe rum punch should def come in a bigger glass ?
I love blu lagoon. Been a regular for some time. Hookah been on point since they hired a new girl, didn't get her name but we were there on Saturday and she was quick with giving us refills/coals. Not the usual service in ATL. Our server told us they don't get paid much here so she made sure all her tables tipped her. I like that! If you sit at the bar ask for Derick! Cool dude. The other guys are kinda rude... My coworkers and I like to come here during the week too, not as busy but still a vibe! DJs on point. Kitchen is open late. The red snapper is fire but a little pricey.. overall one of my favorite after hour spots.
The Jamaican patties appetizer & suya(well done beef)Are really good and the drinks are amazing and well mixed. But the jollof rice Not good I have had amazing jollof rice and this one is not it! Good customer service though!
I just paid $38….because oxtails with rice/peas is now 29.99 plus automatic gratuity and tax …. For literally 1.5 pieces of oxtail plus I had to pay 1.27 extra for extra gravy (yes gratuity was added)
I found out about the event on Eventbrite. I was attending the Hookah and hollering comedy on Wednesday night. Free parking, party of 2, seat yourself. I ordered the Curry chicken. I was the 3rd available dish that appealed to me since the other 3 items I wanted they were out of ?. Really, like what is available! ??♀️The comedy show started late at 9:45 (original time 8:30). DJ Intellect played good music, the host Kelly K-Dubb was funny. The other comedians were good also, there was about 9 or 10 comedians. Really liked KC the Icon. Our server had patience with us, as we decided what to order she explained all the dishes we asked about and made recommendations. The ambiance was okay. Had nice lighting for the occasion. It ended around 12:05am.*side bar they don’t have food drinks for a non-drinker. No fountain drinks, no tea for Arnold palmers only cranberry, pineapple and orange juice.
