Chef Richard is the kind of person that does what he does for more than money. He does what he does out of a true passion for cooking, entertaining and serving. He’s handled several events for me and has far exceeded expectations every single time. He’s incredibly flexible with the menu and his food is some of the best food I’ve ever had. The presentation of the food is always incredible too which is an added plus.
We used their Chef Reginald Massey and his wife, Natasha for a wedding shower at our house earlier this month (May 2021) - the food was excellent, served timely and the kitchen was left spotless. Richard was very easy to contact at all times and came up quickly with an appropriate menu. Well done!

The family loved them so much, they've been back over to cook for the family several times and I'm constantly asked for their contact information by the attendees. Richard is very professional and personable at the same time. He comes prepared and amazes everyone with his culinary abilities. Don't hesitate to use them for your event.

I have been to events catered by Bites by Eydt for years and I can say that it is the best food I have ever had at any party. It could have come from a michelin star restaurant but is served on a platter in bite-size pieces.

The food was delicious, the presentation was amazing and the menu was custom to our preferences. Despite food allergies and complicated preferences the menu was varied, colorful and enjoyed by all. Richard was very accommodating and lovely to have in my kitchen. His used the smoker, stove and oven. The food was creative and healthy. I would use Bites by Eydt again.
